Great experience here. Came in on a rainy day, so the drive through was crazy. I decided to go in instead. Cashier was friendly, service was prompt. In N Out Burger restaurants are all the same...not many good vegan options. Soda and French fries can kind of be good but it's not really worth getting on its own. I wish they did have a vegan option but they're not gonna change their menu any time soon. They're also not loyal to California which to me is just another point against them. The staff is fine. New In-N-Out location in Carson. Went on a Sunday afternoon noon around 5pm, there are 2 drive through lines that merge into one and the worker taking your order tells you which car to follow. They are super friendly as always. Took about 30mins before we were at the first window to pay and get our food. This in-n-out is 5 minutes away from my house, I come here ALL the time! Inside it is always well kept, the stations are constantly being filled and ordering happens in a breeze. The merge line is fine! Last time I went there was only one worker and the longest I waited in drive thru was 20 minutes but normally there is two workers handling both the lines. Peppers are juicy, the food is delicious! The grilled onions are perfect and I tend to order A LOT. If you don't like your fries hard, ask them for "Lightly well done". Hey now!!! We have an In N Out in the heart of Carson at the South Bay Pavilion (aka Carson Mall for those that have been around.) I love that they have staff just for traffic control to keep order. We did not go inside but I'm sure it was clean since it's brand new. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. They make sure they confirm your order twice before you get to the window to pay. Doing the most to ease this busy burger joint into a busy location, Tons of staff learning the ropes and helping guide traffic and take orders. Inside setup is familiar with staff currently walking around to check on guests. We got some stickers they were giving away so catch me sporting those soon! This location just opened a week or so ago.. I was absolutely shocked when I went there for lunch at the line wasn't too long.. score! Everything is shiny, new and clean. Nice alternative to the awful chicken strips across the street at canes...this location hasn't served me a completely burned bun yet so that's nice. Tip for you: Always ask for extra packets of the in and out sauce for your fries... makes a huge difference. read more

Well, I just ordered here last night and I specifically asked for a well-done burger. We ordered two double doubles combos. I was eating my burger and noticed it looked at a little pink made me spit out what I had in my mouth. Then I tore through the patty and it was pinkish. I was very specific about my allergies when I ordered lettuce wrap. Pulled up at drive through to pick up my order and it was on a hamburger bun. I told them at the window that I ordered lettuce wrapped because I'm allergic to gluten so 1 minute later she came back with my burger wrapped in lettuce. I asked if they just removed the bun and replaced with lettuce.. she said yes. I had to remind her that I'm allergic to gluten and that this touch gluten so it's contaminated. We got two double doubles with extra fries. The food tasted fresh! Very happy with the service here.
