I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband was working out there almost 5 hours away from home. Went there Thursday night after work woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. He left work early and had to drive all the way home like that. Obviously something needs to be done and I'm sure this isn't the first or last time it'll happen. If I could give ZERO stars I would... but it's not fair to the good employees there. Stopped on our way home from Mexico ordered our food. I asked for a Flying Dutchman with a side of lettuce and pickles. They didn't give me the sides. Had to ask for it, then they handed me the lettuce had to ask again for the pickles. This was all dealing with the manager. As I'm still standing there he begins to talk about me to an employee. Great leadership!!! Sadly the employees were very polite and accommodating while the manager was rude and really just a complete jerk. We go to in n out pretty often and have never had an experience like this. read more

Doesn't taste good. Meat taste old. And taste terrible. My brother and I went today. It's not taste good. When COVID-19 everything I felt like they kept leftover for couple days and leave meat outside for couple day and put save it for few days then cook. It's not taste good anymore. I was debating between Jack in the box or In n out, decided to go for in n out since it had been a while. Ohh boy I should've gone to Jack. Went the the drive through ordered a combo #2 animal style all around. Once I got home everything was cold, did not tasted fresh. Fries cold and hard like they had been sitting for a while. Overall everything was disgusting. I hardly go to in n out but I don't think I'll go again in a while. At least not in the El Centro location. read more

We're do i start This has been kind of a tradition when we get back in town to go to in-n-out burger. This last time we drove from Dallas and when we California we hit the in-N- out so are they good yes. However, they need to catch up wit the times and get gluten free buns, or at least use romain lettuces for the wraps. There are off menu stuff like a 4x4 that you get. read more

Everybody is always talking about In-N-Out Burger so I had to try it. Long lines go quickly and everyone is very friendly. The cost is very reasonable, the food is fresh and delicious....not much else to day....everything was good. Will definitely go back next time I am down south. read more

The fries were soggy and tasted old they are usually the most crisp fries usually. But this location wasn't good at all.

Best fast food burgers in the Valley, but I have yet to find an In N Out that isn't good. It is difficult to find indoor seating if you go around lunchtime, but the outdoor seating area is fine for the most part. The heat is only really out of control for about 4 months. read more

Well the Imperial Valley has a gem in this place. Sure, it was busy as In-N-Out's always are however this place was only busy and not crazy busy so my order was up quite fast. However, when you want a great cheeseburger and some awesome fries you never mind waiting a little bit. Voted best burger joint in CA for a reason. The wait is long because they don't make it till you order it. It is worth the wait though. My favorite is double double Animal style with fries Animal style too. Animal style adds grilled onions, extra pickles and sauce. Burger is juicy but plain fries lack flavor because of the oil they use. Just skip the fries or get them Animal style. Would have rated 5 stars if wait was shorter. read more

This In-N-Out didn't impress me. I tend to spend a lot of money at this specific food chain because I love their food. This location only got 3/5 stars because they were quick and only messed up my order instead of the other two I ordered. I purchased a double double with grilled onions and an animal frye xtra everything for my boyfriend, a cheeseburger with grilled onions and a frye for our friend, two meat patties no salt for my dog , and an animal frye no grilled onions only raw chopped for me. To have the only thing I ordered messed up upset me. This location repeated the order back twice correctly so I'm assuming something wrong happened in the kitchen. Either way, if something isn't understood please ask again or reiterate. I hate grilled onions and by the time I found out the line was too long to get back into. Along with this they gave me NO utensils!! I can't eat the animal frys with my hands. Won't be retuning time this location. read more
