Had a great experience here good was great and fries were fresh. Went through the drive through and it was super fast service.

A girlfriend visited from out of town and requested In-N-Out before heading home, so I brought her to the new In-N-Out in Mesa. We arrived shortly after they opened. The team greeted us as soon as we entered. Since it was pretty early and on a weekday, they weren't very busy yet. The dining room was clean. I don't usually eat burgers, but when at In-N-Out... I ordered a cheeseburger animal style, fries, and a fountain drink. The burger was tasty per usj. I've never loved their fries, but at least they were fresh. JUST-N-TIME One of the best things about In-N-Out is that it is open late. How many times have we been saved when we are pinch for a meal at the end of the night? I made it in before 1am and it was one of those nights In-N-Out saved me. Normally it is still busy after midnight at any given location. But here, since it is a new site, it was not busy at all on a Thursday night. There was only 1 group sitting at a table inside. And with only a couple orders ahead of me, the wait was about10 minutes for dine-in as opposed to 15 or more when it is busy. Finally went to the new location and we were instantly greeted! All employees are very nice but the reason this review isn't getting a 5 is because they completely messed up our order even though the clerk put everything correctly on the receipt. One burger was missing the whole grilled onion with no tomato (had tomato) & the other was supposed to be a double double no spread just grilled onion and pickle. Well the double double came with everything on it with pickle. When my husband said the order was wrong they remade it, but remade it a single with the grilled onion the first burger was supposed to have..I'm not sure what was going on for this to happen on a random Tuesday. After that we just accepted that the order was what it was and ate it. read more

I've now been to this In-N-Out location a couple of times and I have to say, the employees I've encountered both times have been the friendliest I've experienced at any In-N-Out (and I've been to a bunch of them)! Food from the drive through is consistent and since it's a brand new location, the inside seems clean and new too. I tend to get a double double protein style with fries, my son gets a plain cheeseburger and fries, and my daughter gets a number 2... I can't recall what my husband gets! We'll be back! read more

Flew into Mesa and first thing we did was hit In and Out. I have never been to one before. Got the double double animal with fries and a coke. I liked the nostalgia of it however the burger just okay. Fries were kind of cold and so so. I've had better. But I was starving after flying all day so it hit the spot. read more

The fries had a fishy taste to them so I'm assuming the oil fryer needs to be cleaned and changed. The double cheese patty was fine but not what I paid for. These days it's not cheap to eat and it's disappointing the time I decide to not cook at home, they give me the wrong order. My service dog loved her patty but I was regretful of spending $13 on fries that are weird tasting and incorrect main course. The kid taking my order was a nice kid though. This location has been opened for about a week now and it is very beautiful. The mural painted outside towards the entrance is so unique to this location and very well done! All the employees were friendly when we stopped by on Sunday and we were greeted as we walked in. We ate outside because we had my dog with us and the patio was clean. New spot near our house! Located right off Power and the 202. It maybe a bit weird getting into the parking lot due to the construction still going on in the area but it wasn't too bad. We also get our usuals...double double protein style (for me) and a regular double for my husband. Everything was great! Clean tables. Friendly staff. This restaurant is figuring out how to run successfully. They can work on speed and accuracy like Queen creek, market st and Gilbert rd. Unfortunately, my order was wrong and I couldn't eat it due to an allergy when my husband brought it home. We tried calling the store but they don't have a direct line like Chik fil a or other restaurants to speak with a manager and get a refund. You can leave a message with corporate and so we did. We received a call back within an hour and had to provide all information on the receipt but still couldn't get a refund all we could get was future coupon to use that would be mailed to us.... Disappointing - other restaurants would have b new food made and delivered on them for their mistake I went without food but my family enjoyed theirs- going forward I don't trust them in the drive thru line- will try eating inside Check your bag thoroughly before leaving is all I can recommend read more

The outside is beautifully decorated with the Mesa mural, which makes it extra inviting. Hamburger was dry and tasteless. Fry's cold. Whole meal sucked. I have been to other in&out burgers in my lifetime which were great. I tried this when it first opened and it was bad. Food as always is good, first time going to this In N Out and they completely messed our order up, granted it was a lunch rush but we still expect our food to come out close to what we order and handled with care not all squished with the wrapper barely to not even on it and fries looking like they over cooked them... we had gotten crumbs for fries than actual fries. read more

Drive thru is not moving at all. The drive thru workers are standing around chatting for 10 minutes because the line is moving so slow.

There are fast food burger places everywhere. In n out is quite a few steps above. They focus on what they know. No chicken nugs, or fish or fake rib sammiches. Fresh all natural ingredients prepared in house each day. No frozen potatoes or meat Patty's. Deliscious good food! Almost always a fast moving line from open to close but we'll worth it. Very affordable compared to most other options out there! read more
