Always made to order fresh, popular Hatch Chili burgers and Shrooms & Swiss in addition to their regular selections. Service 3/5 Only three stars because the counter employees need a little coaching on how to greet customers with a smile and not come across as if we just interrupted their peace and tranquility. Atmosphere 5/5 One of the newest restaurants in the chain. It has the new Modern design, large wrap windows on all side of the dining room keeps it bright. Gorgeous store! For some reason every time we've visited it hasn't been busy. Sure there are a couple of other customers but that's about it. The parking lot is almost empty. And truth be told we love this location for that reason. Ordered ahead on my app at 10:56am for a 1110-1115am pickup so i wouldnt have to wait too long when i get there. I arrived around 1113 and told them i was there to pick it up. They said they were working on it. I waited until 1130 to ask where my food was and they said they were backed up with drive thru orders. When i finally received my order of chicken fajita taco it was plain with just chicken and cheese. I was mad and went up to the counter to complain it was already 1140 at this point and im on my lunch break. I asked for a refund and a new correct chicken fajita taco. The cashier gave me $13 in cash even though my total was $13.53. Whatever, i was mad and wanted to get out of there already. Worst location so far and dont think i will be back. read more

This was Our first time trying a Whataburger and it was even better than the hype :) Let me start with this... Its better then In-N-Out and I grew up on them! Nice big well-cooked burger with plenty of fresh toppings. The fries are great and the onion rings even better :) Also the ketchup (spicy & regular) is some of the best I've ever tasted. The service was excellent! When we said this was our first time in a Whataburger the guy at the counter welcomed us and took his time helping us order by recommending the best items. Then the young lady that brought the food to Our table was also very friendly making sure we had everything we needed. Great customer service!!! The store and parking lot were both roomy & immaculate. Can't wait for my next road trip so I can have Whataburger again :) read more

It was early in the morning. I was headed for a meeting but needed a quick bite to eat, so I headed to the closest Whataburger for a breakfast taquito. I entered the restaurant and was automatically greeted by a cashier, Veronica. She was excited that I was the first customer that morning. Instead of just a taquito, she suggested a combo meal. I happily agreed. I might have waited for ten minutes, and out my order came. It is fresh and so good. read more

Cold stale fries... Took it back for fresh one .. manager said she would get me fresh ones .. didn't seem happy to do it .. waited 5 minutes... Saw here mix new with old fries .. gave me back a medium fry .. 80 percent stale with a few new fries... Horrible... My double burger was barely warm... I generally have good food here... This review is mainly about service. Food was pretty good (decent-mediocre is a better word). But in itself food is not worthy of more than 3.5 stars. Restaurant including the restroom was clean so that was also a plus. Okay so, it wasn't busy at all when we got there, so we were immediately greeted and helped right away. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. She even checked on us during our meal (which usually doesn't happen in fast food places) and she ended up having a nice conversation with our family. So that was definitely a plus. The gentleman who brought our food over was also very friendly and helpful as well. Okay so for the food. It was good. But the hamburger patty's were dry and so was the bread (buns). The size of the burgers were perfect though, not as small as we thought they would be. And they did have fresh lettuce and tomatoes as well. The cheese didn't melt on the burgers, so if that would bother you that's something to note. Overall, experience was good. read more

This place is worse than McDonalds and way more expensive. There is a reason nobody is in line. Go to in-and-out instead.

Came through the drive through and spent $29.32 Got home and had nothing CLOSE to what we ordered. Tried to call but kept getting message to call back some other time. Get there and the guy reverses the charges but not much else. As I'm starting to walk away I said "sorry about that!" And he says "no problem ". Yes Problem! I would say unbelievable but it's very believable! Believable I WONT EVER COMEBACK AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO. I guess now I won't have a problem. Amazing they're still in business with so many burger joints right there. Ugh read more

Horrible experience! I went for the first time on a Friday afternoon after I placed my order I noticed several cars waiting for their orders. 2 lanes we all waited for our order and the employees seemed confused coming in and our and giving half order forgetting the rest. On the plus side this is a new clean location, the downside list is long.. Service: Seems to be a total cluster. The cashier is doing double duty in taking orders and sweeping the floor. This is great, but when I'm in 20 minutes waiting for my burger and chicken sandwich; seems like the priority would be to get on the kitchen to make the food! My daughter had to hold me back from going full Karen on this place. I did have to go up to the counter and see what the heck is taking this long when the dining room is empty! The poor kid went in the kitchen and came out sheepishly saying there is a new guy on the fries and he was having issues. Umm, where is the manager to step in and take control here? Seems fries should be always ready. You know the way Portillo's has this down to a science. Maybe a bit for training is needed. You're just making fries, not building a rocket. Food: Its a pretty decent burger, but 20 minute wait? Daughter said the chicken was ok, but nothing special. Fries were a bit undercooked. I have had issues with this fast-food restaurant getting my order right the first time. However, the last time this happened, I did speak with the store manager and he offered to make it right the next time I was in. A month later I decided it was time to give them another try. Boy, was I surprised. I went in at 11:30 am on a Wednesday and the drive thru was busy but the inside was not. I was greeted right away and explained what happened last time I was in. An apology was offered right away and the cashier said she would make sure it was made right this time. The food arrived quickly, and the order was right! This crew has their act together as the place was clean and I did not see or hear where any orders were messed up. What a change. Way to go to the managers at Whataburger on turning this place around in 30 days. read more

So not only were half my onion rings burned but I had asked for barbecue sauce and was told I couldn't have any because I already paid. I don't care if barbecue sauce costs 40 cents but give your customers the option for sauces. I was not given that and then told I couldn't have them. There was also no napkins in my bag. The employees are respectful, but even by Whataburger standards (I grew up in TX with WB), this place is slow and inefficient. I've been 5-6 times, giving them the benefit of the doubt each time, and every visit my order is incomplete and takes forever. Even when I use the mobile ordering through the app. Tonight I ordered at 8:20 with estimated time to be ready if 8:30. It's never ready on time, so I wasn't worried that we got there at 8:40. Nothing was ready and they still forgot one of the drinks. This specific restaurant needs a lesson on systems and procedures for efficiency. I have been there 5 times this year and each time the incompetent staff have forgotten items. I reached out to the store via telephone and no luck. Just as bad as the airlines. Spoke to Whataburger Care team and they were helpful. But, if you can choose another location or another chain, eat there. If you have no choice, make sure to THROUGHLY inspect each item before you leave. They make you sit in the drive thru for 15+ minutes, you can make them wait another 2 minutes to inspect your food. read more

This is the worst whataburgers Ive ever been to. Every time we order here they mess up at least 1 item in the order and they are the stingiest when it comes to spicy ketchup. There wasn't anyone at the register and maybe 2 guest sitting. I made my order. I asked for hot fries because I knew with no traffic in the restaurant I didn't want the ones just sitting. The server handed me my food and I confirmed again. Hot fries? She said yes. When I got on my car, cold af. They made me new fries. Opened my burger cold af and bun hard af. I am extremely frustrated. We placed our drive thru order at 4:07pm. We were asked to pull up and wait, which we did. We had requested extra catsup. When we were brought the food, as we drove off, there were 30+ SPICY catsups and no regular. We pulled around to go in and request regular catsup. My husband went inside. While he was in there, I checked his hamburger. It was made incorrectly. It was supposed to be a double with cheese pickles and lettuce only but it had mustard and onions and catchup. I also had no fork for my salad and no napkins. I called my husband to bring a fork and come get the hamburger that was wrong. He came out to get the burger. While my husband was inside the second time, I ate my entire salad and he still was not back so I went inside. They handed my husband a third burger (while I was in the car they had already remade it wrong again). That sandwich still had mustard on it. I asked for it to be made again and to speak with the manager. When she came out, it has now been 30 minutes since our order. I requested a new burger and a refund since it had taken 3 tries so far. She said she couldn't do both without calling someone. I told her to call whomever but I wanted a refund and the surfer we had waited over 30 minutes for. While I was waiting another customer came up with an incorrect order as well. And the workers were talking about having two incorrect orders previously. One of the workers brought me the burger and I asked for the large fry to be replaced because those were now 30 minutes cold in the vehicle. The manager returned and said I could only have a burger OR a refund according to the manager she called. I asked to speak to him on the phone and she said no. At that point I threw the refund money across the counter and said hand me the burger. She then started talking into the phone to the person who had been on the phone the whole time. I asked to speak to them. She said I couldn't touch her personal phone. So instead I had a speaker conversation for the entire restaurant to hear, including the other customer who was waiting for his order to be redone and the other customers who were now waiting in line for service. The person on the phone also said it's the policy to have refund or burger repaid for now what would be the fourth time. I took my money and left after 44 minutes. I tried to resolve an issue with ridiculous service by going to talk to the manager and evidently my time and repeat business wasn't worth $13 and a correct burger. Businesses wonder why people turn to social media. Well I tried to fix this with your business with no results. Whataburger is my husband's favorite burger place. We live 3 hours out of town and we're so excited when this one was built because it is on our way to our son's home. We will never return to this facility again. They had me pull up and then gave guy behind me his order which looked to be about the same size as mine.
