Absolutely wonderful experience every time! The service at this Culver's is consistently amazing. The staff are always kind, attentive, and quick. I usually order the grilled chicken sandwich, which is great, but their ice cream treats are definitely the highlight! Always so creamy and delicious. Today I waited 22 minutes in the drive thru for my lunch order and when it was delivered to my car it was ice cold. I'm really not sure why Culver's doesn't get more love. As far as fast food burgers go...they rank 2nd only to in n out, and definitely gets bonus points for being smash burgers! The quality of the meat is great. The lacing on the patties has varied for us depending on location/time of day but is always there. The veggies are fresh & the bun is really tasty. Not impressed with my visit to this Culver's today. It's too bad because I really like this fast food chain. The restaurant was dirty. A lot of food spilled on the floors, cutlery lying on the floor in a few areas, tables not wiped down. I felt that the restaurant was filthy. Service was okay. Today I ordered a Walleye sandwich, a side of chili and a regular drink. I was so looking forward to a Diet Root Beer because I love theirs. No to very little carbonation for the sodas. The drain looked like it needs to be cleaned. What I found the most gross about the lack of cleanliness is when walking on several areas of the floor, my sneakers were sticking and making suction sounds because of the filthiest of the floors. Food wasn't all that appealing today. Fish sandwich was just OK. There was something missing with the chili. It actually was served to me too hot. Not satisfied with my visit today. I will not return here. That's rather unfortunate because side I've been spending a lot of time in Parker lately. I do not recommend this location. read more

I ordered a two-piece Walleye dinner at Culver's #539 in Parker, CO, on April 10. I sat in the order pick-up area for 30 minutes behind another car that that was also waiting for their order. During this time food was delivered to several cars behind us. After 20 minutes I was asked if I was # 55 and I replied no I am Larry # 51. After 30 minutes I was asked if I was #52; I replied I was Larry, #51, and why was my order taking so long. He had me park around front while he checked. The car that had been in front of me was there too with the same problem. He came back out and said it must have been given to the wrong customer and they would have to prepare another. I went inside and told the manager I would not wait and wanted a refund which she processed. How can they deliver an order to the wrong customer when they ask your name for the order and give you a sticky note with the order number written on it? I visited this Culver's many times when it first opened. The food is great but I quit going for a few years because my order was wrong most of the time. After this visit, I cannot recommend the Parker Culver's. read more

Well tonight we decided to try the Cod Fish Dinner. Once we placed our order and found a great place to sit and eat, our order was brought to us in a timely fashion given it isn't made until you order. We ordered one with Onion Rings and one with Cheese Curds. The Cod was ONLY PERFECT. THE Deep Fried outer crust was a perfect complement to the moist and tender Cod Fish inside. The Deep Fried Cheese Curd Nuggets were a union's tasty experience. My choice of beverage was the Culver's Root Beer. I've never had a soft drink that was so tasty, as a matter of fact I had 3 refills all very tasty. The atmosphere of this Culver's is very Family oriented, with Birthday parties and other celebrations not to mention couples enjoying themselves in and amongst the rest of the patrons. Walked in with my four children for lunch and was immediately hit with a mildew-like stench. There were used aprons all over the back counter as well. Just didn't strike me as a very clean and one of my kids lost their appetite. We almost left before ordering but stayed anyway. Burger was also not warm. Ordered 2 piece cod dinner. Fish was overcooked to check I pulled the breading off of one of the pieces of fish. See photo. When I took it back in the restaurant the person in the kitchen insisted it was not overcooked. After about 3 minutes my order came up again. ( I had been told in the past that it took 6 minutes to cook the fish by a previous manager.) when I got home the same pieces of fish were in the box. The place where I pulled the breading off was still exposed. See picture. I called the manager and he insisted that they were new pieces of fish and he saw the person in the kitchen put the fresh pieces of fish in the box. I asked why it came back after 3 or 4 minutes and I was told the fish only needs to cook for 4 minutes. I ordered a simple double cheese with only lettuce, ketchup, mayo and LITE mustard. They took well over 15 minutes to make just a burger! The girl at the window was extremely unfriendly. After I paid, she just handed me a table tent and closed the window. She said nothing further to me. Her name was Kaeleene or something strange like that. Very rude. Then I go to eat my burger and there is NO LETTUCE, and a TON of mustard on it. Barely any ketchup and a normal amount of mayo. I have worked in the food industry and I know this to be UNACCEPTABLE customer service and unacceptable food quality. Definitely will not be returning to this location anytime soon! read more

The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because the fish fillet was cooked fresh and was good. However, the french fries came out cold with the fish same with my hamburger side fries. The cook didn't even take the time to put the cheese on the burger wile It was still hot, just a cold piece of cheese not melted on the burger, slapped on a cold burger. They are basically charging restaurant prices, and too cheap or just very poorly, trained employees, and no management to throw up cold Fries, and not make fresh ones. All items have had substantial price increases , which is understandable with inflation being what it is. Unfortunately portions such as fish sandwich have been downsized and is not a good value. Also , they as many places have staffing shortages which forces them to close dining area at times and thus we do not go as often as we are patronizing other fast food whose dining rooms are always open and have not downsized portions. read more

I hadn't been here in over a year because the last time I was here they made 2 mistakes on a 3 item order, and I waited in the car line almost an hour for them to fix the second mistake, which they never did. It was a good burger. I ordered a double deluxe with fries. The fries are frozen but came hot and seasoned. A key piece of advice, their burger patties are thin, similar to a patty melt. A double was about what you would expect from a single. My only complaint is that the onion slices were cut to thick and overpowered the flavor of the beef and the bun should have been warmer. But overall it was good and I have had much worse at much higher prices. If you're going the fast food route these guys are the best show in town. Be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes for your food but know that they actually made it fresh. It makes a difference to get fresh food. This was well done overall and I would go back for sure. Used to think this place was good but it has gone downhill faster than our government. The service is so port and slow it truely amazing. We ordered just IceCream the other night and they asked us to pull up and wait for it to come out. After 10 minutes I walked in to just see and there wasn't a single person working the IceCream. There were people cleaning up floors but not working food. It honestly took about 20 minutes for IceCream that was already frozen. It's not the people who work there it's got to be management. My friends and I went to Culver's in Parker and it was so delicious and tasty. We all loved it. Everything was excellent in taste and the food was made exactly how I wanted it. The staff were excellent and very friendly and the restaurant itself was welcoming. Us ladies all enjoyed this location and we all agreed that we definitely would be back.
