I never feel sick after eating here. I got a double double with animal style fries. The fries were not great. They were cold, some of them rock hard and somewhat frozen. New location opened today September 7, 2023 in the new Rialto Village Shopping Center. Friendly greeter and cashiers ready to serve happy customers ! As usual in any In-N-Out drive thru is a line but staff ready taking orders and orderly handling and directing traffic route with red flashlight. Dining area well lit with their red and white motif . Ample tables from 2 - 4 seater tables. Capacity of 84 diners. Ordered Double Double Animal Style which is my kinda favorite burger. Loved the a little toasted buns and meat always fresh and tasty. Restrooms kept clean. Staff are wearing name badges and Alexyss goes around the dining area assisting diners by getting their orders and getting condiments when needed. What a stellar service!! Living within walking distance of this location has been a saving grace. Although the parking lot is wilddddd, they have their drive thru system down pat. With it being right off the freeway, expect it to be busy. Despite that, the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. In addition to my regular order, I've recently started getting a single tomato slice for my cat (healthy queen) and the cashiers have never bat an eye lol. Wow I have to say how impressed I am with the service we received today. The manager Matthew who was in charge while we were there went above and beyond for us. My son was not feeling well and unfortunately got sick on the table. In complete panic we rushed to clean up and get him to the restroom. The staff was just so incredible and Matthew was so professional and caring. Usually these things make people feel Grossed out but they took such care for us they even made my husband a whole new meal as we must have thrown it away in the midst of panic. He seemed to be young but what an exceptional young man he is. We hope upper management sees this and honors the employees for truly going above and beyond with customer service for us today. Food is always a 10, can't say the same about the service. Completely skipped over us in the drive thru meanwhile taking everyone else's order. Got off of my car and asked "is there any reason you didn't take my order" which she replies " omg we didn't take your order um I'll be right there" while smiling & laughing. Not sure what's so funny about not taking someone's order. Then the other worker also taking orders comes up to my car and says "your order wasn't taken" which I reply "no" the worker then replies "I freaken knew it" which is very infuriating because if you knew our order wasn't taken why didn't you take it?! Off 215 Fwy exit Riverside. Didn't feel like cooking tonight, so I picked up burgers for my family. Ordered: 2 double doubles animal style with fries 1 hamburger animal style for me The line was outrageous though! It was all the way to the entrance of the plaza from the street.
