Hit the spot. Fries better than in and you know what. Love the peanuts and A1 sauce readily available. I think they need a cheese sauce and thats it. Everything was fantastic till I was just about finished with my burger that I realized "there's no bacon and I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger", brought the concern up to the employee that took order and partook in the making process. All I got was a "sorry", which then I said well since I was charged for a burger with bacon but didn't get one how about some small fries to make up for the mix up, employee walked away, assuming it was to ask the manager, no reply or service after that. During this visit not only did I observe a customer receive a cup (regular) in hand, walk away, come back and put it back with the other cups to grab a bigger size but then allowing individuals (not customer) come in and ask each table for money. I will take blame for not noticing there was no bacon in the first place, however how the situation was handled was uncomfortable. She took my food and then brought it back so I was siting inside waiting for my food I just watched this lady take my food that I ordered go to her car do who knows what and then take my food back to the counter when I siting there asking for my food and then she gave it back to her with the bags all messed up I asked them to remake my food and all they did was give me another cold small fries I was like did they just ignore me ? So I left and threw my food away and didn't even eat my food because it was cold what a waste of 40$ and I tipped just to be treated like this. This is on the customer service and the fries. Usually when one walks into any establishment, you get a greet. Did not happen this time, was more rushed to take my order then anything. Gentlemen at the counter (tattoos) seemed like he was having an off day, fine. I'll let it slide, we have all been there BUT this is where it went from bad to worse. Specifically asked for my fires to be put in a separate bag, for the obvious reason that I don't want to have to dig down to my burger and have all the seasoning and oil covered on it and myself. Don't know if this is all establishment or just this one. But this is the second out of three times I have asked for my fries to be in a separate bag. Both times is seems that they give you far less fries as oppose as having them dump them on top of your burger. For paying nearly $14 dollars, I would expect far better. This particular location is a hit and miss! The biggest issue is the consistency with the French fries! Sometimes they are perfectly cooked and been generous with the servings and some other times is not even worth paying the $16.00 for a cheeseburger and large fries plus the 25% tip I always add to my online order. I gave it 3 stars because for the most part the staff is friendly. One more thing management should take off the curbside service; once you arrive and call the number on the window to notify them that you're there, well no one answer and the reply back is that "the number you're calling doesn't have a voicemail that has been setup yet" Although this the closest Location for me, I will be looking for another place take my business, at least for now! read more

I was driving down the street, noticed a small sign that 5 guys just opened. I love 5 guys but have to drive either to Rancho Cucamonga or Redlands. They just opened up in what's going to be a burger Tri Fecta. In & Out, 5 guys, & Fat Burger all within a few blocks of each other! Shake Shack would make it a perfect world! Basically the restaurant is build a burger type place. You tell them what topping you would like and they build your mountain. The food is fresh and never frozen. Love this Burger chain! read more

This is a nice addition to the renovated strip mall on the south side of Interstate 10. The interior was relatively clean and the staff were friendly. The interior was mostly empty when we visited. Our food was made to order and came out perfectly. The only issue is that Five Guys' "perfect" is not as impressive as it used to be 10 years ago. Since then, competition has grown and Five Guys is outmatched in seemingly every way except for their fries. Their food is great and is prepared fast here. The only reason I'm not giving the 5th star is because of the girl at the front taking orders. When we walked in she looked at us but it was obvious she was on a personal phone call. One of the cooks had to nod his head towards us and gestured for her to help us, so she put the call on hold! She seemed distracted while taking our order. As we picked up our order to go, there were people in line waiting for their orders to be taken while Eboni (name on my receipt) was now busy talking to her friend that had just walked in on the side.
