Decided to grab In-N-Out. There's so many things that place this place original. The crossed palm trees, the sign, the uniform, the red and white interior. The food was perfect today. I got a double double, animal style, wrapped in lettuce, and as a whole grilled onion. It's for! I don't get fries but the few times I do, I get animal style with extra spread and grilled onions, well done. The service is great. This is one place that rarely makes a mistake. I love the way they read the order back and all the little nicknames and special way to repeat the order. In-N-Out is iconic to California. I prefer this simple burger place over others. Ordering inside was pretty straightforward and quick. The cashier repeated my order 3x to make sure it was good. I asked for the milk to take with us to our seat but the front cooler didn't have any. Our cashier said he'd go get it from the back. While waiting I filled up our large drink and grabbed napkins. Saw my party already sitting and met up with them. The table we had plus the others around us were all quite dirty. Trash piled up and dried on ketchup in spots. I flagged down one of the dining room staff to help us clean it off. When we ordered, we were about 20-25 numbers away. About fifteen minutes later our order was called. The milk still wasn't stocked up in the front cooler. Had to wait about 2-3 minutes for them to grab it from the back. Usually when I order lite-well fries they come out perfect. We couldn't finish the cold, soggy animal style fries. While eating my cheeseburger, the patty was pinker than usual. Used the women's restroom before we left. While it was clean and tidy, I noticed the leftmost stall (closest to sinks) didn't have a privacy guard. So heads up to anyone using that stall, everyone and their kids can see in through the huge side-gaps. We got on the road and soon after about 5-10 minutes in, we had to stop off for an emergency toilet break. Thank goodness we were near civilization or I would have been in big, big trouble. Stopped off up the road at the In-n-Out off Milliken. Never experienced stomach upset like this or gotten sick before at any other In-n-Outs. Will probably avoid this one in the future. read more

Late dinner with sweetheart. Busy and noisy casual ambience. Friday night is always busy but fun to be with people having a good dinner mostly in group. Ordered a double double animal style and extra crispy animal style fries. There are times when burger seems a little dry and hard but this time it's grilled just right. Veggies fresh and crispy. Their sauce is what makes the burger enjoyable as a whole and with the fries, can't beat it. Service is good. This place although busy, finding a seat is not as difficult compared to other in-n-outs we've been to. Seems like people get IN and fill up seats quick but don't stay too long and OUT soon. Today we visited this place we ordered two #1s with grilled onions and extra sauce... and when I started eatting my fries the fries were overly salted I returned them to the counter and reported them as I was waiting a woman also came behind me to report hers was also too salty the employee reported to Angie whom was doing the fries and she started laughing... I wanna know what's so funny that Angie was laughing while injuring out health with salt over take. Met a beautiful couple here for late night eats . Clean Indoors/ outdoors seatings , good ample space in both areas . Service was great, food was excellent as usual . My only complaint was that I asked for sauce on the side and onions . Didn't receive my onions & the sauce was in my protein style double double. Drive thru. I beat the rush and was able to get quick, efficient, and delicious food! I believe that because it's a fairly new location, their machines must also be up to date or something because the food was delicious and savory! Unlike other locations I've been. I'm definitely coming back! There were people dining outside and inside. It looks like it's definitely a hot spot to be at! The workers are nice and friendly! Went to this location and got into the drive through at around 1:15am on a Friday. Lady took our order, and we went to the next window. When we got to the pay window, we sat there for 15 minutes before we moved up to the service window, where we sat there for another 20 minutes. A worker came to us at 1:50 and told us they turned off their grills and didnt take our order. Just wasted 40 minutes of my life for this terrible location to not serve us food. That lady was also nowhere to be seen when they told us they turned off their grills. I get that we came late, but they fully took our order and everything, and then told us 20 minutes later that they didn't have our order. Absolutely absurd. Don't go to this location. read more

The girl in the drive thru told us to pull forward, then the guy in the drive thru proceeded to yell at us that it wasn't our turn the other car was first (they were not). I asked the guy who took my order what is included in it and he said "two meats, two cheese and onion" and I said okay I'll take that... only because that's what the google pics showed. Stopped by yesterday for lunch at about 2:30. We placed an order for 6 burgers and when we got home two of the burgers were made wrong. One had onions when we ordered it without them and another had no pickles when we asked to add pickles. We also asked for spread and peppers but didn't get any spread. I had a terrible experience at this in n out. First off the dinning room was super dirty, the tables and floor were really dirty. The ketchup dispensers was empty. When we received our order we asked packets of ketchup and the worker Jasmine was so rude about giving us two ketchup packets for two combos. Once we started eating our food we realized the fries were stale and hard as a rock. Then I ask if we can get new fries and one of the employees only brought back one. My friend started eating his stale fries since they didn't bring him any and we noticed two hairs in the fries. We brought it up to the workers and they weren't really concerned or seemed to care even when I asked for a manager. In&Out is a California Legend. When I was stationed at Fort Sill, OK when a buddy would come home on leave we always had them bring back burgers. It's a food icon and celebrities and regular folks alike enjoy it. The "Secret Menu " is also fun. BUT- They're not not all that as far as taste goes when you really look at them. 1/8th of a lb patties before cooking, toasted buns and all the messy stuff, including grilled onions. I have discovered over the years that the buns are like eating a damp sponge, which is why I go with Protein Style. Pickles must be asked for and a Whole Grilled Onion is the only way. The sauce is great-like 1000 Island with a tweak, but take away the sauce and it's a pretty boring meal. The cheese is a must, but cheese patties with ketchup are delicious also. The fries are notoriously bad. They're allowed one extra pop into the oil if they have a bit extra from batch but with them NOT being crispy, pretty limp in an unappealing way. The positives are that everything is done that day. Staff comes in early to peel/slice onions, wash, core&slice tomatoes, clean and leaf the lettuce and, the hardest one-put potatoes from 50lb bags into a swirling barrel with sand paper texture on the inside and the hose running into it during the peel. Several giant soup pots are filled with potatoes and cold water. Some are diced in the fry maker and some left whole to wait for later. The training is thorough and it's a great company; for me? Other places exist that have bigger patties, better fries, and a very similar taste. Yeah, try them. read more
