I absolutely love the quality and look of my lash set. Kathy was very responsive, detail oriented, educational, patient, sweet and very professional. She did a removal of a improperly applied set and made everything so easeful. I highly recommend her for quality work, she takes her time in ensuring you love your lashes. I went in for a volume set, and she ensured I got the fullest look without putting to much weight on my thin lashes. I will book in the near future because I was highly satisfied 100/10 ****19mm

I was so nervous, getting my lashes done the second time. So, whatever she did, not reaction at all, yay! Not to mention, their prices are very reasonable, great customer, and the work came out just AWESOME, I really love it!!! I highly recommend this place, and let me tell you, you won't regret!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went and as soon as I left I felt uncomfortable with my lashes. So many of my lashes were connected to only one fan. As well as there being so many stickys and all of my lashes being stuck together. I proceeded to tell them their availability did not work with mine and they contained to repeat themselves. I only have fridays off work so I wouldn't be able to go in and get them removed by them. They asked me to facetime them with them removed in over to get a refund. Just look at the photos attached to this review and you will see this is not work that you can sleep with and continue to leave on. Any and all real lash techs will be able to recognize this is HORRIBLE WORK. and super unprofessional. HOW UNCOMFORTABLE of them to ask me to facetime them or send a photo with my face and me holding a paper with the date and time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. what am i a prisoner. didn't know i was supposed to take a mugshot to get a refund. lol. Adding to this review the next day I sent the photo of my face to them with the date as they asked. Now I am being told they aren't going to investigate this any farther and repeatedly, just keep sending me the same message. I was promised a refund after the photo and now am being told something different. In their message they preceded to ask why I didn't want them fixed and why they couldn't remove them. As said I was not available when she was due to only having Fridays off. Again though with that being the produce of how my lashes were no I was not comfortable going back and when she called me she said the first 3 days was free after that I would be charged for a fill. Why would I charge when the outcome was this ? She tried to say that they offered to do it for free SHE DIDNT. They promised a refund after me sending the photo & now are trying to refuse it.

I've been coming here for 3 years to get my lashes done by Kathy!! She is professional, so nice, has flexible time, and does a great job. She is so fast yet makes my extensions look perfect. Got referred from a friend to get my extensions done here and the experience was great! I asked for something natural and let my tech do her thing and it came out so good!! She said these were called the wispy style! Overall experience was great, I like how clean the studio looks inside, it kind of makes me feel like I'm at a spa (because of the calming music they play in the back). The beds were pretty comfortable to lay on for a whole session which I think is important! The head pillows are also pretty soft and comfortable as well. I love it!!! It's soooo natural but really pretty.I'm not a fan of extreme eyelashes that I was kinda worried when I got to try the new place. But, the girl did my eyelashes, she was sooo friendly and knowledgeable in her own field. She recommended me which option is the best for my face, my wants as well as my eyes shape. The environment for the service is also pretty comfortable and nice, you feel like you're in an actual spa not the beauty shop, they put on calm music that I actually fell asleep once lol but overall, I really like the result. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went and as soon as I left I felt uncomfortable with my lashes. So many of my lashes were connected to only one fan. I am normally a DIY lash girl but this place has amazing prices and the lash tech was super nice and personable. They made me feel right at home and had a great selection of lashes to choose from. Because multiple natural lashes were glued together in large chunks, the uneven growth rate began ripping my healthy natural lashes out by the root when they naturally shed (see attached photo of the massive clump that came out). When I called the salon to explain the situation and ask for a removal, they completely refused to help unless I paid an additional $10 fee on top of the $140 I already spent. They cited an arbitrary "3-day policy," completely ignoring the fact that I had to leave town immediately after graduation and that a botched, damaging application is a safety issue, not a standard adjustment. They do not properly isolate lashes, their application causes physical pain/damage, and their customer service is incredibly stingy and dismissive. Save your money, your time, and your natural lashes--go somewhere else.

First time visiting them to get my lashes done. I'm very picky about who does my eyelash extensions, because I had some really unpleasant experiences in the past. So it took me a lot to try someone new. And I have to say that this shop had earn my business forever. I definitely had a great experience. The salon's design is simple yet very clean, the environment was very relaxing. The staff was very friendly, customer service was great, they even offered me different choices of soft drinks, even they're not expensive, the I think it's very thoughtful. My lashes (I chose the "Volume Lashes") came out to be gorgeous, unlike some of my old experience, there was no glue clumps as I sometimes experience at other salons, which I was very happy with. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend to give them a try. The manager Kathy I believed that's what her name was, also explained to me of their rewards program which I found it amazing, I don't want to misquote it, but DO get ahold of them and find out for yourself.
