Overall experience was great, I like how clean the studio looks inside, it kind of makes me feel like I'm at a spa (because of the calming music they play in the back). The beds were pretty comfortable to lay on for a whole session which I think is important! The head pillows are also pretty soft and comfortable as well. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went and as soon as I left I felt uncomfortable with my lashes. So many of my lashes were connected to only one fan. As well as there being so many stickys and all of my lashes being stuck together. I proceeded to tell them their availability did not work with mine and they contained to repeat themselves. I only have fridays off work so I wouldn't be able to go in and get them removed by them. They asked me to facetime them with them removed in over to get a refund. Just look at the photos attached to this review and you will see this is not work that you can sleep with and continue to leave on. Any and all real lash techs will be able to recognize this is HORRIBLE WORK. and super unprofessional. HOW UNCOMFORTABLE of them to ask me to facetime them or send a photo with my face and me holding a paper with the date and time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. what am i a prisoner. didn't know i was supposed to take a mugshot to get a refund. lol. Adding to this review the next day I sent the photo of my face to them with the date as they asked. Now I am being told they aren't going to investigate this any farther and repeatedly, just keep sending me the same message. I was promised a refund after the photo and now am being told something different. In their message they preceded to ask why I didn't want them fixed and why they couldn't remove them. As said I was not available when she was due to only having Fridays off. Again though with that being the produce of how my lashes were no I was not comfortable going back and when she called me she said the first 3 days was free after that I would be charged for a fill. Why would I charge when the outcome was this ? She tried to say that they offered to do it for free SHE DIDNT. They promised a refund after me sending the photo & now are trying to refuse it. read more

Horrible !!! This lady did my eyelashes yesterday and they came off yesterday! I call her today to explain how they came off already and mentioned a girl that came in the same time as me so she could remember exactly who I am. This lady started literally screaming at me saying I was insinuating that the other girl was the reason my eyelashes wasn't done right when that's not what I said !!!
