Came in looking to just get a fill. I had gotten my first set 2 weeks prior but had gone to a place a bit far away from my house so I tried this place closer to home. I had my appointment at 3pm and was there early at 2:50pm. They tried to charge me a full new set for a different look and I declined and said please give me whatever it is for just the fill. I didn't want to pay full price after just two weeks. Then they said extra full price since came from a different salon. I had already committed here so I agreed to the extra charge. During my lashes, I got EXTREMELY uncomfortable. My neck and back were stiffening and I kept asking if we were almost done and then she would continue for longer. When I got done, it was 4:45pm!!! It took 1hr and 45 min to finish. ARE YOU KIDDING. I was so mad leaving this place for taking so much of my evening and charging me more. Will not be returning. It was my first time here. The place is very clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing. I explained what I wanted and I was shown a poster with many samples. I selected what I felt was the closest to the picture I had and to what I explained I wanted. I didn't want them too long, not too full/bushy. I wanted them to look as natural as possible. I have been a customer since 2020, when I started here I was VERY happy with my service. The girl I went to stopped working there and every time I asked about her they said she was on vacation and they would book me with someone else "this time" eventually it got to the point I stopped asking about her. I have tried all the lash techs, I'm not impressed at all. I have had some very interesting situations, from the girl burping in my face the entire service to extreme burning during removal to a service being over 2 hours. The front receptionist is very accommodating and helpful. She was patient and took the time to help me figure out if I'm not communicating my want correctly or if it was simply a lack of an experienced tech (she didn't say those words). She confirmed I HAVE been explaining exactly what I want to the tech correctly she just didn't know how to provide that service. I will say the service itself was good, it simply wasn't what I wanted. I have gone through this for over a year and I have complained, gone back to be fixed etc...I am a regular customer, I go every 2-3 weeks and I have also referred A LOT of family and friends. Spending $200-$300 every month on a service that you're not happy with is disappointing. Not to mention as a loyal customer not being given the "white glove service" every customer should get, especially one that's spending THOUSANDS a year is disappointing to say the least. I had an appointment yesterday, I already knew it was time for a new set, so I made the appointment just for that. My existing lashes were still in good condition but I have a very important event this coming Monday and I wanted to perfect. I explained to the receptionist and to the tech exactly what I wanted, I said I want them to look exactly as they are now just fuller. So no I don't show a photo but she had a REAL LIFE VISUAL. I like my lashes to look natural I make it a point to mention that at EVERY SINGLE SERVICE. It's hit or miss, sometimes they do okay (3-4 ) other times it's awful (1), I am always very clear about how I feel about the service. I have even gotten to the point that I stopped tipping when I didn't like the service and I would tell the tech while still on the bed "sorry I don't like it, this isn't what I wanted" each time I would be told "next time I fix for you"...but all these "next times" are on my dollar. I am literally paying for a service I'm not happy with but would give it another try because again the service itself was a good job just NOT WHAT I WANT. Yesterday I had enough! When I left the receptionist was on lunch. So once I left I called awhile after to speak with her. I respectfully explained how I was frustrated and dissatisfied but was even willing to take to responsibility if I'm not explaining myself correctly. She confirmed I'm explaining myself correctly it just wasn't registering with the tech and their skill set. She offered for me to go back to have Coco (manager) Fix my lashes today. I agreed to yet another opportunity to have them restore my faith in them...during my "repair" service Coco (not the original tech) was rushed, I left not happy with my lashes, yet again. She didn't even allow my lash glue to fully dry before having me sit up. Before I left I said "it's better but it's not what I want". I had also told her it was burning she gave me the fan and offered me eye drops.... I declined the eye drops. Moving forward to this evening, I have a mild chemical burn in my left eye. And I have disputed my last service with my bank and explained all of this to them. I will not be going back and I taking my 12 referrals with me! Full face photo is what I want/have had in the past, eyes only is the current service I received. The service wasn't even carried to the end of my eye. It should have been a cat eye, hybrid 6D 10-12 mix 11 and some 14. I hope this review resonates enough for the company to make some positive changes. read more
