Terrible application, physical pain, and appalling customer service. Do not go here. I spent $140 at this salon to get lash extensions for my graduation, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. I have gotten lash extensions in the past and know how they should feel, but this set was completely clumped together with zero isolation. Within days, the heavy glue clumps began causing immense physical pain, itching, and a jagged, scratching sensation against my eyelids. Because multiple natural lashes were glued together in large chunks, the uneven growth rate began ripping my healthy natural lashes out by the root when they naturally shed (see attached photo of the massive clump that came out). When I called the salon to explain the situation and ask for a removal, they completely refused to help unless I paid an additional $10 fee on top of the $140 I already spent. They cited an arbitrary "3-day policy," completely ignoring the fact that I had to leave town immediately after graduation and that a botched, damaging application is a safety issue, not a standard adjustment. They do not properly isolate lashes, their application causes physical pain/damage, and their customer service is incredibly stingy and dismissive. Save your money, your time, and your natural lashes--go somewhere else. read more

First time here and I won't be returning! Right when I walked in she sat me and didn't confirm length with me. Felt like she was rushing me. I went in for my bottom eyelashes done. I wanted to try out before my wedding. Glad I did this early trial. From the beginning, my eyes burned, I communicated this with the person doing my eyelashes. She didn't do anything. It felt like she clamped my lashes. I don't know. It continue to burn throughout the service and when she was done. They still burned. She gave me another fan and eyedrops. They're still burning and my eyes are red I've had good experiences in the past at other places so it's not me being allergic. I only came here because it's close to home but Never again. Read the liability waivers fully before getting it done so you know what to expect! But they will do their absolute best to make sure you like the end result! From making sure you like the length, volume, and spacing. Overall, it was a very comfortable and nice experience. The whole thing costed me $110 + $20 tip. Please do not go here!! I was here this past Tuesday, 8/13, and it was just down hill from the moment I walked through the door. From my confirmation, I noticed they didn't have my name down properly in the system. After asking them to change it, she laughed and just said it is okay. After I got my lashes done, my eyes COULD NOT stop BURNING! All the lady said to me was oh, sorry and proceeded to lead me out the door after paying over $100 for these lashes. Hoping that it would go away, I wake up the next day with even MORE PAIN in my eyes. Immediately I called the store and they refused to give me a refund for the lashes even though I said I was experiencing the pain I was in. I went to see an eye doctor concerned about the pain and they said it was due to a chemical burn and improper practice. This is now day 4, 8/17, and the pain and redness in my eyes are still here and now I'm short the $100+ from the lashes and short money to see the doctor out of my own pocket. Please! 2 days ago NEW I really wanted to like this place because last time my lashes looked amazing and lasted for a really long time. However this time I got them done about a week ago and I'm am devastated with disappointment. The lashes started to fall out day one and gradually fell out a little more. I thought just a couple would be fine and nothing to freak out about so I didn't go back before the 3 days to get them fixed because I thought it's not terrible and I was busy with work and graduation.
