I've been taking adult Aerial Silks classes at Studio E for about half a year now. As a…read more30-something-year-old lady with the fitness level of a pedestrian, I was initially hesitant about the classes. But the instructors are supportive and taught me how to modify the moves, so I could still train on the silks even if I wasn't strong or flexible yet. They also provided suggestions on what I can do at home to help improve my flexibility and strength. The classes are usually small, the vibe is friendly (not competitive), and even though my progression was slow, I never felt like I was being judged by the instructors or my classmates. Aerial silks is intimidating and frustrating to learn, but I think Studio E does a great job of making it more fun and less stressful. I also like that they offer classes several times a week with varying rates, so its flexible enough for my schedule and budget. I recommend checking out the Aerial Silks classes here!

More than that, they are super inspirational and welcoming which can be hard to find in the circus community sometimes. They have great skill knowledge as well. Parking is in the street. Its not hard to find a spot, but give yourself some time to get around. It does get pretty hot inside so bring water. Lots of moving around. I got the pleasure of attending the grand opening of this beautiful pole dancing fitness studio. It's located in downtown Reno. We got to see the instructor perform and show off their skills with a great DJ. They were offering some great deals on their classes including BOGO rates. It was such a Party in there. I can't wait to attend a class here. It looks so much fun. It's downtown so there is only street parking available.

Well versed in her craft, Kat is approachable, friendly, helpful, and encouraging. She, herself, is a brilliant performer and aerialist with years of experience building her reputation in the aerial community. Despite the challenge of learning aerial silks, sky dancing, flying, or whatever you'd like to call it, I've always felt comfortable and confident with Kat's guidance. I would highly recommend Come Fly With B if you've ever been interested in silks - whether you've seen them on Cirque de Soleil or have no experience whatsoever. Aerial exercise is an incredible all-body workout, mental challenge, and problem-solving adventure that is unlike any other workout I've experienced.

Also they only offer a membership for $199 for 4 classes , but this includes open gym- but don't offer a more affordable tier for family's who won't participate in open gym. Some families have full schedules and they can only make their dedicated time of week and they don't want anything extra - but you still have to pay for something extra here . because of that reason we stopped going over the summertime. I thought about rejoining and gifting a membership to my kids again for Christmas , but seeing their prices, never changed or added a membership with just once a week class prices I decided to pass. We had a similar parkour gym when living in San Diego and it was only $80 a month for you once a week Class and your member price for drop-in open play was $15, $10 if you brought in more than one kid and $20 for nonmembers... this place would have more members if their prices were more reasonable.

I was excited to see a Groupon available for ten classes at Le Cirque Vagabond and happily purchased. I was disappointed. The silks (tissues) were dirty and needed to be washed and the floor needed to be cleaned. We did warm ups, which included push ups and crunches and other floor exercises, all I could focus on was not getting my face to touch the floor. There was so much hair and other junk of the floor, it was very dirty. A quick vacuum between classes could have cured that. On top of the dirtiness of the place, the place was very unwelcoming. The main instructor, and I think the owner, made the new people, particularly the Grouponers, feel like they were not important. Groupon is used to build your business, so if you don't want those people there, don't offer a Groupon. I was told not to practice anything he did not teach in his class (I had been elsewhere and new some other tricks) and once the "regulars" arrived, us new people, were pretty much ignored. It was like we had interrupted a clique and they wanted our money, but not to actually have to teach us. I went twice and will not use the additional eight classes I purchased.
