My roadside assistance provider booked A-Plus to jump start my completely dead battery. The guy…read moresaid he'd be 35-40 minutes but finally arrived after one hour. That's 20-25 minutes late, maths fans. He hooked up his jump start machine to my car and immediately told me to try starting it. Didn't work. He tried to tell me it was my starter (clearly it wasn't) and when I asked him if I could get it hooked up for a bit before trying to start again - you know, so the battery could actually get some juice - he huffed real big and hooked it back up. Not 30 seconds later, he told me to start it. This too failed, since my battery was completely dead, and then he just ripped his clamps off the battery and repeated his assertion that it was my starter. Since he wasn't interested in helping me and didn't want to be there anyway, I just let him walk. On the plus side, my bad experience with A-Plus led me to Alan at Affordable Towing, who was super nice, showed up earlier than projected, and actually gave my car time to benefit from the battery pack he hooked up to it. Just call them instead.

I called and immediately got someone who took down her location and info and sent a guy out. He said it would be 30 minutes but it was quicker than that! They got to her and got her safely back into her vehicle so she could be on her way. All within a total of 40 minutes. Very happy with them and recommend them if you are in the Fayetteville, AR area and need a tow or unlocking service!
