I love her Tower, Yamuna, and TRX Pilates classes. She has been a fitness instructor for many years and keeps the energy up and positive and humorous but also uses expert clinical direction for body movements and alignment. She has a keen eye for proper form and offers personal adjustments which is my favorite kind of instructor. You will see and feel results when you start coming to her classes. I also love Jennifer's jump and Power Tower classes. I can feel every muscle working and it's a guaranteed solid workout. Plus she's so kind and friendly and the classes have great sequences. I purchased a package of private Pilates sessions with Teri as a gift for someone else and they absolutely love her attention to body movement and how their body feels after a 1:1. They say there is so much more awareness throughout the day of body position and posture and that they make corrections for better support. This place is a gem-- I don't mind the drive from St Paul in rush hour to attend any of the classes here. The instructors are high quality and very well trained.

I initially discovered this as it was new to my local area, and I can't tell you what a fantastic find it has been. Each instructor is very well versed in the arts of the Stott Pilates Methods and has the in-depth knowledge to create an individual, program to help you regain strength post surgery, or something such as run you through the Pilates principles to prepare you to enter a reformer course. The fun doesn't stop there! The also offer mat, Yamuna body rolling,,4!types Pilates classes and a nutritionist to help you meet each goal. This has been be best, most rewarding find since my move to Woodbury. Check them out. They each are wonderful, and will tailor a program suited to your individual or group needs. .

Let's Workout! I…read morewas ready to try a new workout recommended by one of my besties Anna. She absolutely loves the workout so I joined her for a Sunday morning workout through class pass. Skylar was the instructor and was friendly and motivating. All new members to Flight must show up 10 minutes early (that's mandatory). Skylar showed the newbies in those 10 minutes how the class runs and the additional tools at the floor stations. They have a wedge for squats, a hoverboard for lunges, etc. The first half you start class on either the floor or the stairmaster. I was impressed that there are movements on the stairmaster other than just stepping up like squats (in and out), side steps with a stretch, etc. You get the hang of it pretty quickly. On the floor, Skylar demonstrates the exercises at the beginning of class so pay attention cause the exercises are written on a dry erase board but you might forget how it's supposed to look. She's always willing to come over though during class. They have a lovely lobby and locker area to store your stuff including combination locks. Everything is new and clean, They also want you to have clean shoes while in the gym. The music was great and motivating and the class went by fast! Another couple of helpful tips...they provide towels and cleaning wipes for class. They do not have a drinking fountain or refill station so make sure to bring lots of water.
