The thing that I find most impressive is that they really walk you through everything...soup to nuts. At your first appointment the receptionist sits down and explains your insurance coverage so you know exactly what to expect financially. I have NEVER been at any healthcare office and had them do that. Then you receive physical therapy that gets you out of pain...fast. I was starting to feel a lot better after just 3 visits. That's insane. The people are a blast, they clearly enjoy what they do. At the end of it all they give you "homework" exercises to keep your injured part healthy...forever. They truly listen to you, accurately determine and apply the best progressive PT modalities to assist in recovery. With their knowledge and expertise and happy, positive attitudes, they took me from 3 days post-surgery, cautiously using a walker, to 7 weeks and using a cane, with 119 degree bend in my knee. The support staff of Jillian, Josie, and Brianna were very welcome and kind rays of sunshine during these snowy winter days of physical therapy! Really not sure what to think. As usual, very arrogant drs. and not personable at all. The dr…read morefinally graced me with his presence 40 mins after my appointment time. This was my initial visit and he walked in and asked so what are you expecting us to do for you? I said I didn't know as I didn't know what all was wrong. My general doc ordered the MRI and he didn't think things were horrible but didn't know. The surgeon PA points to X-rays they took and says well this isn't an easy fix like I'm assuming you think you will be getting. I just sat there because I was there to find out what was wrong. Very strange atmosphere. Very arrogant staff. It would be nice if the tech and the dr could just show a bit of kindness and compassion to their clients.
