I can't say enough good things about In Touch! The staff are all extremely helpful and beyond friendly. Even if it is a busy day, or if I'm the only one in there receiving treatment, everyone always checks in to see how I'm doing and offer any assistance if needed. Kayla, Leslie & Alyssa (sorry if I spelled any of your names incorrectly) are always very cheerful & help make what would normally be a dull experience, fun & enjoyable. They all greet me by name when I get there, which they do with every client (not a small feat, as I can barely remember my own name some times, let alone dozens of them a day). Then there is Al at the reception desk. Al rounds out the entire crew, always greets me with a smile & is quick with the witty humor. I've been going in for therapy for nearly 2 months now & I've noticed a dramatic reduction in pain and an improvement in posture. In Touch is far more than just a chiropractic center, which is what I was expecting when I walked in. As the name says, it is truly a WELLNESS Center! It also doesn't hurt that they always play great music while I'm there. I have pretty eclectic tastes when it comes to music & they never fail to impress. I am so grateful to Dr's Pisano & Diana and the wonderful staff for creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere every time I walk in the door. I was in so much pain the first day I came into the office. My upper back and neck felt like they were frozen and I was in a constant state of discomfort. Within a couple visits of adjustments, exercises and decompression I felt like a new person. Once I was totally out of pain. The awesome staff, and I can't stress "awesome" enough started me on my journey to correct the problems with my neck. Hundred percent individualized care. I have been a patient from time to time for nearly 25 years. Last year I reinjured an old wound in my back and a new one in my shoulder. Once again I am given great care and am back to my exercise schedule of swimming, hiking, yoga, kayaking, etc. Not being able to exercise leads to depression! So it gives me great comfort to know I have a staff of committed health partners dedicated to my healing process. For most, going to the doctor's office or physical therapy appointment is a necessary task performed begrudgingly. For me, my appointments at In Touch Wellness, I consider my "Spa Day"! With No games Or gimmicks, they pull out X rays,Educate you on what is going with your body and what is needed to get you better. At what point is basic customer service just no longer a priority? So I see a groupon for Spinal Decompression and had a questions ( i visited the web site and it was lacking in detailed info) so I called, the gentleman who answered immediately pushed me to go visit the web site, no basic info, no detailed info nothing just go to the site? I already did that and if he asked, he would have know that. I only had 1 real question and then I was setting an appointment and it was, how is the suction applied for the vacuum affect (funny I just looked again and that page is less than 1 paragraph long - NOT much info here) With that answer I was in and I wanted a massage as well (I get 1-2 a month as well as my significant other) so what was that simple gesture of customer service worth, a few hundred dollars per month?? I am extremely disappointed in the service with one of the ladies when I went in to sign up for a membership. I booked a couples massage for a saturday a few weeks ahead of time and was told to come in to fill out all the paperwork before the day of appointment if I could. I went in the day before and was told she cancelled because I didn't come in to fill out the paperwork. I gave her my direct cell phone number to call if she had any questions or if she had any last minute cancels. She did call but it wasn't my phone and never called the phone number I gave her. She was beyond RUDE and then asked me in a disgusted voice "are you still going to sign up" as she took the form off the counter. I told her "it doesn't sound like you want me to" I walked out before she could say any other rude comments to me. We will be signing a membership somewhere else read more

I love InTouch. I have a long history knowing Dr. Pisano and Dr Diana. They are always as helpful as can be for my wife and I. This past week I hurt myself rolling around at wrestling practice with my kids; I stressed out a ligament real bad and had to ice all night, so I hardly slept and could hardly move the next morning. I decided to take the day off, and I called InTouch first thing. Because I have recent X-rays at their office, they got me right in. They knew just what I needed and when I left I felt 75% better. I slept great last night and woke with only moderate soreness. Was able to work today, and having 3 hours of therapeutic massage to give to clients, I needed to be at my best. My experience with the chiropractic care at In Touch Wellness has been as good as it gets. The entire staff is first rate...docs, rehab techs and office staff...extremely competent and caring. The results have been very gratifying. My back pain has been all but eliminated, my sleep is significantly improved, my athletic performance in running, hiking and even golf have improved as my balance and spine nerve health have been greatly improved. This level of improvement has required a personal time and effort commitment as my treatment consists of home exercise as well traction and adjustments. This place has by far been the best chiropractors office my husband has been to. they did an initial xray to check out his body. He has been patient of the month and they are kid friendly. The whole staff is amazing. Your welcomed with smiles and immediate help. They make you feel apart of their family. They always remember who you are. Your not just another number. Physical therapy, acupuncture, adjustments, and massages. They always have music on in the background, it does change genres. Will sometimes have a selection of fruit for your picking. The bathrooms are always clean. They also have a treasure chest available for the kids so they don't get board. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

I can not begin to thank my neighbor enough for telling me about In Touch Wellness. I have suffered from lower back pain for years and was getting to the point I did not want to go shopping, go walking, just standing in one place hurt. After going there for just 3 months I can now do all that I had not been able to do and have a good quality of life back. The employees there are awesome and work so well together. In Touch Wellness Center has been the driving force on my road to recovery - I sustained serious injuries from an automobile accident in 2015 and chose In Touch Wellness for treatment because they were the closest facility to my house and traveling long distances in a car was not an option for me at that time. I am so happy that they were the closest to me. The staff is amazing, facility is clean and they offer spinal decompression which has been tremendously helpful for my treatment. I LOVE this place and the atmosphere. The staff are attentive and genuinely care, they listen to your worries, concerns, and issues that you may have with your plan. They make a personalized plan and adjusted as needed. I'm currently on my 4th week of are the three months three times a week correction plan. When I first came to in touch Wellness Center I was in an extreme amount of pain and was getting migraines about 3 times a week that I've never gotten before. I've been coming to In Touch for five months to help the pain in my knees, my neck and my low back. After receiving various treatments for it I felt a significant difference in my daily pain level. I highly recommend all areas of this business. The doctors as well as the staff are knowledgeable, professional and personable. They combine physical therapy with chiropractic care. So far I have been taught exercises to stretch out, experienced their decompression machine, c-rays, , received adjustments, had kinesiology tape placed on my upper back. Today I had a massage. After years of back pain, and more recent hip injury while running, my wife convinced me to be evaluated here for chiropractic care. After evaluations showing some issues and listening to their treatment suggestions, I decided to go for it.
