I'm two weeks into a 7 month program and I already can't say enough. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly. They are very knowledgeable and focused on addressing my specific injuries. They have advanced techniques and technology and work to address my injuries from the inside out. I went here because they offer many services and hoped they could address my chronic back pain. First, everyone is nice. On my first visit, they evaluated and immediately started a sales pitch. The sales pitch was cheesy and uncomfortable. Quizzing me on chiropractic terms and the setup was eye rolling. I just want them to be straightforward. Got through that and started adjustments. This place has a lot of employees but has only one chiropractor. What happens is you go and see someone who asks you about your pain levels. When you eventually see the chiropractor, there is not the conversation of what is going on. He looks at the computer screen and gets to work. It was the same adjustments done quickly each time. Never felt any relief. I quit going after a few visits. Now I'll go ahead and drive 25 minute to my old chiropractor for much better, thoughtful, and personal care. Had my first consultation today and was super impressed. Laura the reception was warm and friendly. The paperwork was a breeze. Josh gave me a tour of the facility, Dr. Olson did my consultation and X-rays and Emilia the PA did a medical evaluation. THEN, it was followed by a fantastic massage by Elli. I have to say that I find myself having anxiety going to medical facilities because it feels like they are "upselling" or the staff is rude and or indifferent. Save yourself the time and don't bother with this practice. If one of your symptoms wasn't a headache before, it will be after dealing with them. I cancelled my appointments in January and asked for a refund on pre-paid services, and it's now the end of May and the only thing I've received is a run around from their office. Learn from my mistakes if you actually choose to go here for care. Do NOT pay up front. Check your own insurance benefits. Beware of unnecessary durable medical equipment they will throw at you so they can bill you or your insurance for it later. I paid $1000 for 12 weeks of treatment after a back injury, only to be told on the fourth visit that they couldn't help me and I should go to a physical therapist instead. That's fine. The problem is, they refused to refund me any money. It turns out that they billed me $600 for a back brace they nonchalantly handed me when I was in the worst pain of my life. On my written payment plan, they CROSSED OUT the cost of the back brace, wrote that I had met my deductible, and therefore I was not charged for the brace. Turns out they did NOT check my benefits and I had NOT met my deductible. So I was charged $600 for a brace I wore twice and NEVER would have purchased had I known I would be billed for it later. In the package I prepaid for, I also later found out they were charging me MORE than my contracted rate through insurance. They told me I was getting a deal for pre-paying, but actually they were over-charging me. The final heaping load of salt in the wound? The $600 back brace is on Amazon for $150. So I left AFC $1000 poorer and in no better health than when I walked in the door. I would highly encourage your to check your benefits, question every word on your financial agreement, and DO NOT PREPAY. Oh and I guess I would also not go here if you have an actual injury, because they couldn't handle that either. EDITED TO ADD: The comment from the company below is strictly for show, as I had already discussed this situation with them before writing a review, and they made it abundantly clear they would be doing absolutely nothing to "rectify the situation." Live and work downtown and have substantial back issues. Made an appointment on Monday ( after another chiro blew me off) for Wednesday am. Followed directions by downloading and filling out lots of paperwork beforehand. Arrived at appointment about 7 minutes before scheduled appointment and turned in paperwork. Allowed to sit in reception for another 20 minutes only to be told that the patient before had arrived late and failed to complete his paperwork beforehand so that I could continue to wait or reschedule all the time praising me for my timeliness and completing paperwork beforehand. Way to go with the customer service right outta the gate. No, thank you. Moving on. read more

I walked in here a couple months ago with a messed up back and neck. I could barely walk without getting shooting pain down my neck, shoulder and arm, and I could barely turn my neck or look up at the ceiling. I had been struggling with my injuries for a few weeks and already had a bad experience at a different chiropractor and I was starting to worry about how long it was going to be before I got my normal active life back. Dr. Olson and the entire team at AFC have been amazing!!! After careful review of my X-rays, they put together multiple plans in which I could choose from to fit my needs and to get me on the road to recovery. I experienced major relief after just a few sessions and in a little over a month, I am back out on hiking trails, mountain biking, yard work, and wrestling around with my kiddo!!! They also offer physical therapy and trigger point injections before each chiropractic adjustment to maximize effectiveness and recovery. BE CAREFUL They're decent chiropractors but you cannot trust them with your insurance charges. I opted for a long term plan under the guise that my job could end much earlier than expected ( which ultimately happened ). Wish I would have read the reviews for this place before I made my appointment. Sounds like I had the same terrible experience other reviewers had. I was also told to arrive 15 minutes before my 3pm appointment to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 240 only to find out the office doesn't open till 3, so I sat outside the door in the Arizona heat for 15 till they opened the door for me. Then I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes till I was first seen by the "case manager". She recited a speech to me that sounded so rehearsed and did not address anything I was in the office for. Then 10 minutes later the chiropractor comes in and speaks to me in such a condescending manner quizzing me about what nerves do in the body?!? Within 10 minutes they were already talking about what else they can charge me for and "not to worry about my insurance, it's not that expensive " I started questioning their practices and the way they handle patients and was then told "we aren't going to be accepting you as a new patient" I couldn't get out of the building fast enough! AWFUL!! It's really to bad this place is such a scam. The female Chiropractor is actually pretty good. But the charges just keep coming. My 1st visit was suppose to be free and they could bill my insurance but sense I chose no to sign up and pay $2500 up front it cost $70. With no attempt to bill insurance. When you 1st start going there the office staff seems so accommodating to get you in they are terrible. It's obvious why they charge the additional amount over insurance, it's to pay for all the unless staff. Bonus once your a patient they can't get you in for weeks especially if you don't pay the "package" fee. Take my advise go some place else!!!! read more

I bought one of the 'come on' deals at the Home and Garden show ... should have know better. I would like to give them a better review but after sitting over an hour in their waiting room I was finally escorted into a 'treatment' room, when the "dr." asked me what was wrong I told him I was upset that he made me wait so long ... his response was 'they got busy' ... In my opinion if this is how you treat a first time patient then I can only imagine how well they must treat their 'regulars' ... I passed and walked out.
