I reached out to a handful of places, but they all seemed to be male techs. I didn't want to have to book the tuning around my husband's schedule, because it would have limited my available days/times. Since I was given info on Eva, I felt more comfortable booking during a time when I was home with the kids. She used to work in human services, doing awesome work, so I def felt comfortable having her over.
