Horrible customer service. I came here to get a gel manicure and pedicure before my sister's wedding in Missouri. The gel chipped off the next day on both my fingers and toes. I had to pay another $100 to get it fixed at a salon in Missouri. I called and the manager was extremely rude. She told me to come get it fixed at the salon... this was impossible b/c I was in another state. She refused to give me any refund me or services. read more

I went in for an acrylic refill and gel pedi with two acrylic nails added to the two big toes. I ended up paying a total of $151 without tip. The pedicure is awful. They didn't even make the two nails match shape. The paint job is horrible as well, look at how messy it is around the edges. And they charged $20 per nail!!!! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. The only positive I can say is that they painted my manicure nice. But they ripped off my old set, literally ripped off after telling the tech my nails are thin and sensitive if it can be done another way he said it would take to long and continued to rip off my acrylic nails. I went at 5:30, they were busy. The lady said come back at 6:30. I was there 6:25.... still no service..... at 7:05 I had to ask what was going on as people were coming in and going before me. I really don't know what happened to this place. I started going again recently for a pedicures and both times after literally a few days it looked like I had been in the nail polish for over a month. HUGE chips literally days out. The first time I thought it was my polish choice and went back, the second time was worse. Literally the second day I looked down and a whole toe nail had zero polish on it. Within the next few days my nails were chipped beyond belief with large chunks of polish missing for having just gotten them done. Usually my pedicures can stay for a month without chipping! Also there was a woman next to me talking on speaker phone the whole time on both trips. I know this isn't the owners or nail techs fault but out of respect I don't really want to listen to others phone convos and zoom meetings. Won't be going back. read more

Inail was really disappointing. I had gone in for a pedicure and had an acrylic on a broken toe nail. They shaved it down and did not even ask to fix it and said it was fine. A day later the toenail broke. I went back and asked them to fix it and had no problem paying for the acrylic, but didn't want to change the polish as I had just gotten it done there a few days prior. They were unable to find the exact nail color and instead of offering to change the color given the situation, they continued to tell me I needed to pay for the polish change. They were not accomodating and I felt like they could have cared less. I will not be going back and was hoping for them to be my new nail place as I just moved to Miami Beach. read more

GOT CUT TWICE with the machine and BOTH TIMES the "technician" put stuff directly on the cut ( oil from the jar, literally touched my cut with oil the brush that they use on everyone, that went straight back into the jar). I said it to them the first time. Came back to give it chance, cut again - and she wiped off the dust with a huge puffy dirty brush ( that I can bet 1000000$ on that they don't wash it) DIRECTLY from the cut. Which means dirt in the wound and blood on the brush. The best part is : When I said " can you please make sure nothing touches my cut and blood" to the technician named Bella -- she got UPSET AND offended. Somehow. Said she won't do my nails and left to do someone else. This is the most serious violation ever, nail salons get closed for this. It takes just one call. So I can't believe that she ended up giving me attitude instead of apologizing. AND - I got a sudden extra 10$ fee for all of this pleasureless. So I paid 85$ for being cut and yelled at. I wish it wasn't late and I could have walked out and gone somewhere else. But they took half the nails off and I couldn't leave the place. VERY DISAPPOINTED. read more

The gentleman sat down, immediately yawned and complained about how "slow it was" in the nail salon. He then proceeded to do the most careless and lackluster job for both my pedicure and manicure. After doing some research on Yelp regarding the best nail salons in Miami, I came across iNail Spa. And boy am I glad I came here. Though no drink was provided during my session, I did receive LITERALLY one of the best pedicures I have ever gotten. Marly's (Marlee's? Marlie's?) attention to details of my nails during my pedicure was impeccable. She even glued a broken toe nail that would have been looking raggedy had she cut it off. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person doing my Shellac manicure but she also did a WONDERFUL job on my nails. What I found most interesting was that they were Both wiring at the same time so I got my manicure while on the massage chair. That was definitely a first. Both were extremely responsive to my nail design request and were very patient with me.
