I really wanted to like this place, but some things were super frustrating. Overall, it felt clean and well maintained. Prices were hard to find online, but I called for clarification. I included a pic of their current prices, but always call first in case it changes. I got a dip powder manicure. We tried to match what I already had on, which was a semi transparent, bridal pink/nude. They seemed to only have super opaque colors which seemed weird for such a neutral, basic color! Luckily, I showed my manicurist pics of previous manicures I'd had in different lighting with similar colors and she jumped up and brought over one that is the powder version of what used to be my gel go-to! I appreciated her attention and attempt to find what I wanted. Regarding the manicure itself - the only thing they did was remove and re-apply dip powder. They did not soak anything (other than soak off), they didn't spritz my nails with anything, no oil, no lotion, not a hot towel in sight, and I asked if they could touch up my cuticles, which was $10 extra. So overall, there was NO traditional perks. Definitely not a little squeeze to my shoulders even. I've never had a manicure where it is so so so bare bones - to be honest, at that point I would have done it myself at home, because there were no perks of a traditional manicure, especially at a salon that appeared relatively high end. It was on the cheaper side of what I could find at the beach, but compared to the $35 I pay in NYC at a similar salon WITH all the perks, $60 was a little painful. Photo of how they left my nails...they didn't even wipe off the powder from the final buzz to shape my nails. Wow!

Callus removal?!?! This is immediately after my $70 pedicure with no polish WTH !!!

I keep giving this place another try bc it's close. My daughter and I just left... with tip it was over $300... they up charge for every little thing including callus Removal.... FINE but do the job.... They are super rude and talk loud to each other while working in your face... absolutely not relaxing or enjoyable. She and I didn't even get polish on our toes-regular pedicures. I don't even know how to make it make sense... that was our last time there.

I was in town and needed a pedicure because my big toe nails chipped. This location is huge and they get a lot of service. Hannah was able to fix them and make them look so good. A gel pedicure is about $65. Well worth it. Great service and nice people.

After doing some research on Yelp regarding the best nail salons in Miami, I came across iNail Spa. And boy am I glad I came here. Though no drink was provided during my session, I did receive LITERALLY one of the best pedicures I have ever gotten. Marly's (Marlee's? Marlie's?) attention to details of my nails during my pedicure was impeccable. She even glued a broken toe nail that would have been looking raggedy had she cut it off. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person doing my Shellac manicure but she also did a WONDERFUL job on my nails. What I found most interesting was that they were Both wiring at the same time so I got my manicure while on the massage chair. That was definitely a first. Both were extremely responsive to my nail design request and were very patient with me. I absolutely LOVE what they did with my nails and will no doubt be back here for my nails next time I'm in Miami! Thank you thank you! read more

I have been a long time client over the last 3 years. The last few months it has gone down hill. I make appointments with the same people every 3 weeks and this last few months they are not available when I get there. A few times 2 times they were 30-40 mins late for my appointment. This last time they called me just before and asked to move me which I scheduled with them but when I arrived at the new time I had to wait 45 mins. If you have the time to hang out then this is the place for you. read more

Needed a last minute appointment for mani pedi the day before my wedding. Dean did an AMAZING job with my mani + full set. He was so friendly and pleasant, and made sure my nails looked absolutely stunning for my big day. He has been working for 20+ years and is very experienced. I called to make an appointment for 5pm. And They didn't begin to do my nails till 5:20. But I don't mind waiting. That's not the issue. The place was very clean and covid friendly. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. I did my gel nails Tuesday (the day before Christmas Eve) because I was going away for the holidays to see family up north. By Saturday they were peeling off, not one, all 10 nails. For paying $80+ (including tip) I expected them to last at least a week or 10 days or 2 weeks like most places. Not even close. read more

Living in south beach, this is one of the few places I used to recommend for nails. Reasonably priced and polish would last. This past week I came for a regular pedicure and shellac manicure. Not only did I spend much more than expected this time, but two days later both my nails on my right hand and my toes had chipped. They are definitely using a rip off polish for this to happen. Not worth spending $100 for nails to look this way. Extremely disappointed. read more

Went in for a mani/pedi and the woman absolutely destroyed my finger nails. Filed way too short and made my cuticles bleed on many fingers. Was an overall rushed process and left me in pain. My raw skin is now showing and hurts to do day to day tasks. When I asked for a discount because of the poor service, they most they could do was a $5 discount. Very unprofessional and do not put the customer first. AVOID. Will not be returning. read more

When I went this is the tacky horrible fill in that I was serviced. As a licensed professional; there is no way I was leaving with my nails looking like this above picture.Welp a day later and my pointer finger nail, improperly sealed started lifting. Now a week later and fill as shown is horrible. I also received a polish change. The polish as seen above; chipped & uneven. This location is a hit & miss. Next time I will just pass. read more

The girls here were so nice. The place was closing but they stayed open for us. They removed the old crusty gel polish that had worn away after weeks wear. The new polish I chose dried quickly and i love the color! The place was spacious, airy and so spotless clean ! It doesn't wreak of polish smell. Best is the girls were nice. Music is soft and relaxing. I felt like I stepped out of a salon. So worth the visit and worth every penny spent. read more

I came here once and the woman doing my acrylics kept rounding the tips of my nails when I asked for square tips-i nicely corrected her twice and she yelled at me and almost started crying in the middle of the salon then rushed to finish my nails (which sucked)..management never stepped in to take over they just simply watched. never again read more

Bad and asymmetric. They tried to use tint to overcome my naturally asymmetry, but tinting is not meant, to tint the skin. It's meant to darken the hair that is there. So now I have asymmetric brows and asymmetric tinting of my skin. read more

My favorite local salon! Technique is nothing short of amazing! Really easy for walk-ins and busy on the go people! I have my favorite technicians but anyone you get will do awesome work! Another great service they have is eye lash extensions. Excellent products and perfectly done. I like the one by one lashes in mink because they feel and look real. If I could I gave them 0 stars! I just stopped by because I needed to fix my acrylic on my 2 feet big toes and to change the regular color in the other toes. The young boy during the service was on the phone all the time ( texting and 1 video call), he didn't pay attention on what he was doing, he made a mistake and he had to start again to put the acrylic! 1hour and 30 minutes!!! Are you kidding me???!!!!!after putting the acrylic and the color he left, he didn't tell me what i had to do, i asked to another employee to give me some oil and plastic wrap to put on my feet so i could wear the shoes and leave. Anyway $35 for 2 toes acrylic( no pedicure! Just put acrylic on 2 toes and regular color on the other 8 toes) When I complained with the woman at the front desk, she started yelling on me...excuse me?? I told her how unprofessional she was yelling on a customer...unbelievable. Worst experience ever! read more

I have tried a few places that were closer to my home and the don't come close to comparing in quality. I recommend having an appointment. read more

Worst gel manicure I've ever recieved. I wanted silver sparkles but I did not want it to look clear, so I asked the manicurist if we should put a coat of white underneath. He said "of course not", and of course, it was super clear after 2 coats. Then I told him I didn't like it (because as I said I didn't want it to be clear) so I chose a white color to put underneath the sparkles, thinking he'd redo it since he messed up. Instead, he got an attitude and proceeded to put more coats on top, yelling at me saying I wasn't supposed to have 6 coats of gel. I told him the reason I have six coats was because the first two were a mistake and that he didn't take them off. I can't believe I was paying to be talked to rudely! Everything I said he would just shake his head and roll his eyes as if I didn't know what I was talking about. The gel manicure looks completely sloppy, and I now have six coats on my nails that makes it look bulky and messy. The icing on the cake was when he finished and said "It doesn't look THAT bad". I have an event I need to attend and my nails look terrible! I would NOT reccomend this place to anyone. Worst customer service ever. read more

I was led to iNail Spa bc of all the great reviews. I live on the beach and definitely need something close by/convenient. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. My nail tech on this particular day was Mye. She asked me if it was my first time and welcomed me. She was also very patient, as I took a while to pick out the color, but I mean there are soooooo many choices & I'm the worst at making decisions! The salon was very clean and Mye was very efficient. I love my powder gel nails and my pedicure! They were a little pricey, but this is to be expected in South Beach and it was worth every penny!!! See you in 2 weeks Mye! read more

I used to come a lot to this place and always asked the same person to take care of me. I came this Friday to do manicure for a wedding and the day after my nails looked very bad so I came to fix it. The lady who used to do my nails was very rude and disrespectful to me, when I tried to explain her why I'm disappointed (very nicely btw) she was very aggressive and made me feel humiliated in front of everyone around. I'm still shocked and never been treated like that, that's the worst service I've ever got. For dessert they made me pay for the removal of the gel ( I couldn't stay with the nails like that) Not gonna come back there . read more

Received the iPedicure Deluxe today and it was the best pedicure I received in months!! $84 for the pedicure and gel manicure was a bit much but since I was only visiting Miami, I'll let it slide. All of the techs are very friendly and kind which made my services a relaxing experience! There's a $5 off Yelp coupon for services over $50. read more

In addition, I discovered that the business owner does not pay her employees a minimum wage, which is concerning on multiple levels. I had a gel manicure and a premium pedicure (which includes a few more services than a regular pedicure). I was a walk in and they took me right away. their color selection for gel is very large. My manicurist's name was JACOB. He saw that all of my needs were met. I saw the utensils used were all properly disinfected and he used gloves to do my pedicure. The place itself looks very clean. The pedicure chair was the best pedicure massage chair I've ever sat on. He was extremely thorough with my pedicure, which is what i most am concerned with. He took his time and made sure that every square inch of my foot was brand new. The gel was done properly and has lasted me. I will go back and I recommend it. I've been seeing other posts and feel I need to remind people to check the website for pricing ahead of time. Their pricing for the service is fair. Manicures do not come cheap and their work is not to be underestimated. All in all, 5 stars! read more

I got a pedicure and saw that the polish was thick and uneven once applied so I asked if I could switch it but they insisted it was just because it wasn't dry yet, then once it dried hours later every toe smudged since the polish was just old and bad. Then I when I went in again to get it fixed I asked if I could just pay the difference between the regular pedicure and gel to do gel and they said yes and then charge me the full amount afterwards and said they could not do it since it was a new service. Worst service experience. They make you feel rushed. They rush you while picking a color and rush you while doing the service. I live south of fifth from the salo and hoped I could have a salon convenient to me. I had my nails done on Thursday 7/11/19 and by Friday my nails are already peeling. I was charged $112 for a gel pedi and dip mani. I'm very disappointed in the experience and the service. I do not recommend them nor will I ever return. read more
