I thought I would save time by going here instead of the post office or fed ex plus saving a couple bucks. Let me tell you not worth it!!!! When I walk into the door two associates were both on cells phones. Huge turn off!!!! I stayed walked around thought maybe they would get off. I am a Regional district manager for a huge company so I know how retail can be. So I was giving them a chance. But obvious they didn't want my $300. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone else about the poor customer service. Oh another thing the set up its a little to busy. If you catch my drift. You need to focus on one thing at a time. Yes add ons are great but focus on the more important stuff. I wasn't going to write this review but I felt the consumers and owner needs to know. I came here to ship my very expensive PC and I was really nervous because I didn't know how to package or who I should send it through. I have found my postal service in Bannockburn! Andrew Freeley helped me out of a big jam! I was stuck in Texas and unable to get to my mail. All I had to do was call in and Andrew stopped everything he was doing to help me out. He was patient with me long enough to understand my particular needs, then he jumped right on it while I was on the phone. This guy knows what it's like to serve his customers. There's no question, he's my guy for everything postal. Conveniently located near me, covers all shipping carriers, open later than most, and Andrew (the owner) is a fantastic guy to get to deal with. I'm so happy I found this place! Andrew is always very helpful and friendly. It is great to have a place nearby that provides such a wide variety of services. I don't have to be driving around from place to place to get things done. In one stop, you can buy supplies, make photocopies, notarize documents, take passport pictures and send a package. They are also one of the few locations in the area that offer DHL services, which is nice since I have to use them often for business purposes. I will be coming back and often! read more

Andrew was very nice and helpful. The store was clean, and organized. However, the prices on the shipping were fairly high, especially compared to the Post Office. It was 6 dollars to ship a small package. I have been to this store many times, and the prices have always been higher than the other stores. He also charges a fee called "Pro Pack" where he charges you for him to put the items into a package and seal it. Give me a break! It saves you money to buy the packaging somewhere else, and to do it yourself. read more

I recently needed to send things overseas. I had no idea how to do this and to make it worse, they have a more complicated address system and codes etc. I had a great experience there and Andrew made it possible to mail my shipment with no problem at all. He goes out of his way to find all that's necessary to make sure your package reaches its destination.
