Things usually go well at Inbox, I drop off a lot of pre-labeled stuff there. I would caution anyone who drops anything off though, to make sure you get a receipt for your parcel. A Fedex shipment of mine mysteriously disappeared from there and there isn't any record at all of the tracking label, sent to me by the company to which I was returning a $120 pair of motorcycle boots. Popped in here for a few extra boxes for a recent move and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the owner. He was very helpful and even offered to carry our boxes out to the car for us - his adorable dog is a bonus too! Only downfall was that the boxes seemed to be a bit more expensive than other places that I had searched online, but it wasn't by enough to make that big of a difference and the location is conveniently located close to work and near one of my favorite grocery stores. read more

FACT: Paperwork is boring. FACT: Getting said paperwork notarized is a huge pain in the ass. After reading the reviews...we decided to drive the extra 10 miles to see Andrew. Well...the reviews were right. He is beyond awesome. We were required to have 2 different witnesses and a ton of signatures, yadi yadi yada. It must have been a 5lb stack of paperwork. It took over an hour to get everything signed, stamped and reviewed. He didnt charge us for anything other than the shipping of our document packets. Driving an extra 10 miles for such an exemplary service is more than worth it. I would argue that driving from Mexico would be worth it. Andrew, thank you. My husband and I just relocated to the area. We needed to have a lengthy document notarized and with not one but TWO witnesses. I was definitely stressed trying to find a notary and get this done. I searched Yelp and we decided to drive from Des Plains over to Bannockburn (during rush hour!) because of the fantastic reviews. We show up an hour before closing. Andrew was kind and eager to help. He managed to help us find two witnesses from neighboring business owners. This document was insane- it took over an hour and a half to complete, which was well past closing. We all actually had a great time talking while taking turns signing and completing the document. Andrew went out of his way to help us, and provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I highly recommend coming here if you need a notary. They offer a lot of other services, like shipping, copies, passport photos, PO boxes- and sell cards, boxes, office and shipping supplies. I original came across Inbox & More when I was looking for a place to notarize some paper work between my job and my wife's.  Inbox & More popped up right off Waukegan.  It's a descent strip mall with a lot of hidden gems.  I came up to Inbox and Andrew is at the front door and greeted me and my wife.  His customer service is off the chart, friendliness and the simple break downs for everything they offer, and his knowledge on the forms we brought in astounded me cause there were a few minors things I missed and Andrew instantly caught them.  The store itself is in the back of the strip next to Eggperience, and I believe it to be a great setup.  Many services are offered and they selling little miscellaneous things that caught my eye specifically the rare pop toys for the "It" re-release. We finally got our documents notarized. It only took us over a month to do so. We have 3 kids and to find time for both my husband and I to be present took a month. We went to several UPS locations. The first one told us that the notary was out that day and to choose another one. We went to that one and they worker is training to get her license to notarize. Then they suggest we go to one about 20 min away. All of this and they charge about $20. We found Inbox & More and went in. 5 minutes later our documents were done and FREE of CHARGE!
