I started with the crab rangoons, which were perfectly creamy on the inside and crispy on the outside -- absolutely delicious. Then I tried the pork-filled bao buns, which was my first time ever having them, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed them too. Everyone else at our table seemed to really enjoy their food as well. I genuinely didn't hear a single complaint. We also ordered some drinks that were delicious, and both our server and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic and very welcoming throughout the night. The atmosphere and vibes inside are honestly one of the coolest parts of the experience. It somehow feels like a mix between a brewery, a florist, a bookstore, and a Chinese restaurant all at once. But as I have said before while writing these kinds of reviews, better late than never. The beer that Steve and I enjoyed was a good one! The name of it was I Can See My Helles from here. So what that is is a Helles Lager and it was a good one! I do enjoy these types of beers as they are usually fairly light and that is something I can completely appreciate. Flavors to be on the lookout for with this beer are malty, a hint of apple, bready and a clean finish. It is also very light bodied which is exactly what I like to strive towards as the warmer summer months are starting to crank up once again!
