Since if it was on the event date you never know if they will be running late or if something happens. The drop off was seamless and we paid our remaining balance in cash on delivery. The pickup on the other hand the driver came an hour later after the event place was already closed. But we are understanding things happen. So they came back the next day for the pickup and it was seamless also. I would recommend them and use them again.
