The motor on the waterslide blower did not work and we had to wait for them to find another one. We were given a date for pick up and they showed up a day early, interrupting our Father's Day celebration. We had to scramble again as we were not prepared for an early pick up. To top it off we were charged almost 50.00 extra for "processing fees" that were not disclosed or agreed upon in the rental agreement. The delivery crew was wonderful but the whole ordeal was very stressful.

Called again 45 minutes before our party started and they magically realized their error. Everything started slightly late but they did get there. Honestly I do understand that mistakes happen. I'm only writing this review because I called and spoke to them 5+ times - not once did anyone say the word "sorry" or apologize in any way. When I inquired about a refund for the $100 delivery fee I was told no because "that's a lot of money". Just unprofessional and frankly childish behavior all around. Spend your money and trust your party with someone else.

I gave my event details more than 3 times over the phone, and I found myself repeating the same information over and over and over again. It's been a few days now that I've tried to coordinate with them to have them at our event, but I'm giving up because they've showed me in many ways and broke my trust that they wouldn't be able to successfully execute even if we did end up booking them for our event. Please save yourself some time and find another company to work with. It pains me to write this review because I love supporting small businesses, but I needed to share this experience. Speakers were set up in the house and they were flexible with the package - offering us wireless mics and an extra microphone for the 2nd floor. Only reason why 4 instead of 5 stars, is because they were late to set-up (due to car emergency). Still showed up right before the event started, so it all worked out. Plus Freddie was very apologetic and helped us out to make things happen. So overall, great experience. I'll use them again for all future events. I highly recommend since it's packaged and they were great about accommodating very last minute. Not worrying about set-up and delivery is also a plus!
