You know what , I didn't wanna have to do this , but this was my second time using this company,…read morethe first time it all went pretty good , but this time , I had the worst experience ever , first of all they told me that they would be back at exactly 7pm, so we shut the kids party down at 6:30, cleaned up an waited for them to show up at 7, to take down the huge bouncy house , so they never showed at 7pm, so I waited an hour longer , now it's 8pm, still no one showed , it's dark now outside , an mind you I have my yard gates wide open , so now i text the owner , an even that was a huge headache , because it took them 20mins to respond , so now it's 8:20pm, an he tells me they are behind schedule, so even that I can somewhat understand but we're was my courtesy call, to let me know all this , so then I tell the owner let's just make it for tomorrow to pick this up, he tells me ok, then at 9:10pm a truck shows up with 4guys all making loud noises in my yard , so please take it from me very very unprofessional, it's not my prob they are behind schedule, i expected this all to be picked up by 7pm an I even gave them an extra hour to 8pm, still nothing , so please stay away from this company cause clearly they don't give a shit about the customers, it's all about there money , so this will be my final time ever using them , an I hope other ppl are listening to what I'm saying, oh in mostly forgot today I have 3 small kids under the age of 9, so to have large men in my yard after 9pm in the dark making ball kinds of noise scared my kids , it was scary for them .. so NEVER AGAIN , an not even a call the next day to make sure me an my family were ok with this disturbing matter
