It's clean, bright, and set up in a way that lets kids explore while parents can actually relax a bit. This was our first time hosting a birthday party there, and it exceeded expectations. Everything was organized, smooth, and low stress. Elif, our host, was excellent. She was warm, attentive, and completely on top of the details from start to finish. She kept the party moving, helped with setup and transitions, and made sure the kids felt celebrated. It made such a difference to have someone so thoughtful and capable guiding the experience. On the day of the party, Nick, Jeff and Anna were our instructors and from the get-go they were polite, professional and patient.
