The creativity of the teachers in the lessons and activities is astounding and we are impressed weekly with the new ways they are getting our kids to move. Our children are eager to climb, jump, tumble, and explore, and we know that confidence in physical movement and ability is attributable to the positive experiences and reinforcements they have had at My Gym Vienna. At My Gym, they learn what they are capable of and it is so great as a parent to see them translate not only these skills but that newfound confidence into other areas of their lives. My Gym teachers meet the kids where they are at, appropriately testing their limits whilst more importantly reminding the kids they are "brave" and celebrating them with "we did its!", never too busy to stop to hug or high five a child. The teachers are caring and Ms Angela, the Director, truly puts her heart into every lesson and every child. She knows every kid AND parents' by name and you get the sense that you are part of a family and community, not just a class. When my one child had a minor injury at the center, Ms Angela went above and beyond to provide professional care and also check in how she was doing, even days after the event transpired. At My Gym Vienna, we can trust our children are well cared for and loved by their teachers. Our kids can tumble and play anywhere. They have their whole lives to be athletes (or even gymnasts if thats what they want!). But as a parent, the reason we keep coming back to My Gym Vienna is because getting these lifelong values of joy in movement and self-confidence instilled in them, as well as consistent love from trusting role models, that is truly special and what I am most thankful to My Gym Vienna for. 100/10 recommend! I found Loco Gymnastics Club and could not be happier. Winter and her team have provided my girl the best experience. They have an awesome after school program that helps me a ton & their gymnastics coach is the best! They have been placing 1st & 2nd in competitions and are spot on celebrating birthdays and events at the owners farm. I'm so relieved for her to be able to try so many new things in one place with individuals that are clearly looking out for our kids! I'm posting a couple of pictures I took so my daughter will always have these memories! If you want to get your kid into gymnastics or need an after school program I really recommend Loco Gymnastics!!!

HOW?!?!…read more No idea clue where your child is during the day, when they are going to eat, minimal supervision on site, and SERIOUS sanitation issues. My child attended for 2 weeks and they changed the location of their daily field trips multiple times, with no notification to parents. If my child is supposed to be going to Frying Pan Park, but instead goes to the owners house / farm in Berryville...I should be notified. Poor planning to the point that the kids didn't eat their packed lunch (bc it was left onsite) and instead received a rice krispy treat as a snack. They finally ate LUNCH onsite around 3pm. Majority of the day is free-time in the back gym while "grown ups are at the front on their phones", where a wall blocks any view. To top it off, my child said multiple times there were no paper towels in the bathroom and at least twice no toilet paper. I witnessed this first hand we went to bathroom before leaving, there were no paper-towels and the hand soap was empty! The owner pulled out a bar of soap from under the sink and asked staff to bring paper towels. When non were found, she went next door and brought them, claiming the business next door (the martial arts place she will include as an activity) borrowed them. She then proceeded to argue that the cleaning staff stocks nightly. Ignoring the fact that these items were not present in the bathroom when the children needed them!!! The owner also said their ratio is 5:1 but most field trips are her and 1 other lady. Multiple 7 year olds (mine and others) have no reason to lie about who attended a field trip. When confronted for any issues, Mrs. Winter (the owner) claims everything is for the children...but the truth is it's her bottom line matters more. Any caring person (or teenager) would never run a camp like this. In summary: If you don't want to know where your kid is during the day, what staff is present, when they will eat, how they wipe or wash their hands, sign up.

My son kept repeating the phrase on the wall "the first playground where I never have to say sorry" or something to that effect. He had a huge smile on his face the whole time and it was so amazing to watch him have fun in a sensory safe, calm environment. For most of the visit, it was just me and my two kids so not too noisy which can be a barrier at indoor playgrounds at times for us. He did not want to leave to go home and that's rare for him! Open play is $22/child with $20/ additional siblings for two hour time slots that can easily be reserved online. Typical open play is Sunday 10am-6pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-7pm. Memberships are also available. The gym includes suspended equipment with various types of swings, crash mats and pillows, a zip slider, a trampoline, a small Mario-themed climbing wall, monkey bars, a climbing mountain, a rope bridge, a hammock swing, and a rolling bar slide. Outside of the equipment, there are imagination stations-a vet, a doctor, construction, a kitchen, and a Target store playset. Also a train set and an exercise bike. Lots of various balls scattered about and a separate area for infants and toddlers with lots of toys and a small slide. There is also a separate arts and crafts area and a book nook. In a separate room-the teen room-is a basketball game and air hockey plus lots of puzzles and games and additional sensory squares. Many indoor playgrounds become overwhelming for one of my kiddos and a unique feature here is a calming room with soft lights, weighted blankets, and large pillow chairs. The staff was so kind and helpful too. They were cleaning regularly and offered treats to the kids when they were upset our two hours were up. Ellie usually walks through and waves to everyone like she owns the place. She's been learning so much from them too! She sings a ton of different songs and every day she comes home with something new to say or sing. We just had another baby and can't wait for him to start there too. We have been considering moving to a different county but this day care is what is holding us back for now. That's how much we adore this place! If you're on the fence about choosing a day care center, let me tell you, you won't be disappointed with Kiddie Academy of Centreville! Original 2016: We have been enrolled at Kiddie Academy for 3 months now. At first visit, we loved this place because the smaller classrooms and the video streaming capability. But the hours and the prices weren't comparable to the area. So we went with a different daycare initially. After a horrific ordeal with that other place, we decided as parents that we would make this decision for our infant, not because of money or convenience and I am so glad that we did. Somehow, we are able to make it work scheduling wise and it's about more expensive than other places but we were able to make that work too. The staff is absolutely amazing! The kids love their teachers, the parents love the staff and the communication I get from Kiddie Academy is more than I could have imagined. I get pictures and updates through the app and able to log on and see my kid anytime of the day. I can't believe there aren't ANY reviews out here for them because this place is amazing!

When I brought my daughter to her class, I overheard the following comments from the director and some other teachers in the pre-k class "oh, stop whining", "don't be a cry baby", "(behind an angry little boy) nobody talks to him, don't say or do anything to him". I thought it was weird but I didn't think too much. My daughter is very outgoing and playful. She was also advanced compared to other kids her age. When she went to pre-k, the teacher only taught the class to sing and dance all day. After a couple of weeks, when she got to preschool class, I realized I couldn't find her on the camera during nap time. When I called in a couple of times to ask where she was, I was simply told she was sleeping in the corner. I trusted the teacher, didn't question anything. The teacher didn't tell me anything about my daughter. A few days later, I saw my daughter's bedsheet and pillow thrown on the floor in the corner of the classroom on camera, but I couldn't see her. I waited for 30 minutes to see if the teacher was going to do anything. Nothing happened. So I called in to ask if she was okay. The teacher blamed her for keep throwing her pillow to the floor, so they just left her alone, in the corner of the classroom where neither teacher nor the parent could see. The director explained it as if she agreed with what the teacher was doing. Then I asked what she was mad about; I didn't get the answer. I guess they didn't know. They didn't bother to find out why she was mad. I was told she had had problems napping for some time. I was wondering why no one told me anything about this. I started to pay more attention to the camera throughout the day. I found that every single day, my daughter was the only one who had to sleep under the rack where all kids' backpacks were hanging above her bed. That's also a blind spot on the camera so I wouldn't find out if I don't keep staring at the app. She was the only kid who got to sleep there, far away from other kids, during nap time every day. The teacher would sit next to all the other kids, pat them to sleep and keep patting them for hours. My daughter was left in the corner, by herself, sad and mad without any help. I started to think about it: I never see her teacher comforting her, or simply giving her a hug. One day, I stepped out of my office early to check out my daughter during nap time. My husband was checking the camera to see what was going on while I was driving: my daughter was left crying for over half an hour while both of the teachers were sitting with the kids who already fell asleep. When I finally saw my daughter, tears were all over her face. She ran to me and told me "shhhh", as if that's all she was told, just to be quiet. My heart was broken.....I wonder why the teacher just cannot sit with her for some time. Why the teacher just doesn't want to play with her. Since other kids are already sleeping, why cannot the teacher cannot free their hands and help her? If you hate my daughter so much, why has no one told me what I need to do about it? I cannot imagine how helpless she must feel all this time. I pay almost $450 a week just so you can do this to my daughter??? And the teacher hides her outside of the camera as if everything is perfectly fine. How convenient?! 3 y/o is when the kids start to develop their values and social skills, and this is the first thing you want them to learn? To single out those you don't like?

It's called the "OLD firehouse" so it is an older structure. My only grip was that there was very little parking. If you find yourself the last one out in the game of musical cars, you will have to dangerously back your car out. Unless your in a fiat/mini, there's no chance you can make a u-turn to go find parking. You also cannot park in the strip mall next door, even though it has ample free parking./
