We were selling our house and after the home inspection we were told to replace 4 outlets to current GFI. We had the outlets replaced by my brother in law (dude is knowledgeable). After verifying by the Electrical Pro turned out that my brother in law missed a small step, so they couldn't warranty work was done. Kudos to them and that was a fair statement. Using our new outlets and correcting the missing steps, work was done in about 2h and 15 minutes. Got charged $1000 bucks. I called a bunch of other places and price range was between $175-250 per hour, we got charged $500/h.

Since this could potentially be a serious issue, I took time off work to be available. By 2 PM, I still had not heard anything, so I called dispatch and was told the plumber was still at another job. Around 3 PM, I received a call saying the plumber was on the way and about an hour out from Atlanta. Based on that information, I gave my dogs a sedative and put them in their kennels to prepare for the visit. Then at 4 PM -- the end of the appointment window -- I received another call stating that the plumber had "accidentally dispatched himself" and was actually still at the same job he had been on all day. I was told there were no other plumbers available and the earliest they could reschedule me was tomorrow between 12-4 PM. What disappointed me most was not just the scheduling failure, but the lack of empathy and customer service afterward. I explained that I had taken time off work and rearranged my afternoon around this appointment, and the response was essentially silence followed by a quick "sorry." I understand delays happen, especially in service industries, but communication and professionalism matter. At this point, I'm willing to wait and see how tomorrow's appointment goes before making a final judgment, but this was not a good start and definitely makes me consider using another plumbing company in the future.
