Poor customer service- my phone went dead I waited at the dealership for them 2 hours tracked them on my iPad they were 26 mins away fast forward 30 mins later I finally get charged call them and they say you didn't answer your phone so we didn't send anyone!!!!! I waited for 2 hours now the dealership is about to close and nothing I can't even get another tow company before they close. Worst service ever in an emergency! 0 stars! read more

This is a terrible company to deal with, if I could give 0 stars I would! This company was dispatched to tow a vehicle for my family by our insurance company and from the very beginning it was a terrible experience for us. I placed the request for the tow the night before, so as soon as we received the alert that they would be in route we got dressed and headed to the location at 7:22am. While we were there waiting one of us went in to buy a battery while the other waited in the car in case they showed up. We get a message shortly after stating that they tried to reach us but got no response and to please call them back, we did but it kept going to voicemail. After calling a few times and still getting the voicemail we tried the number through the app and spoke with the dispatcher, we were told by her that she hadn't sent anyone because she couldn't reach us, which sounded very strange to us because we both had our phones and never had a missed call or voicemail. She then tells us she would send another truck. We continue to wait and by 8:14 we get a text from the driver Mo saying that he would be there in 30 minutes, then it went from 30 minutes to 15 minutes to he finally reaches us at 9:21am and calls to say he's finally there and that he had been calling us on both phone numbers and we didn't answer and where are we, in the notes I specifically said that the car was parked in the service area of the store. He starts yelling and saying that he was there to help us and that he was over by the pharmacy area, we tell him that we're in the service department and that we have been parked here for 2 hours waiting, he tells us that's not on him that's your insurance company's fault. He continued to yell and I even said to him are we going yell about this or are you going to come around and help us. He tells us that he's not dealing with us and hangs up. We drove around to the other side of the store to see if he was really there and he was leaving. He spoke to us very disrespectfully and so much so my 10 year old son was very scared and called my husband so that he could hear the conversation. My husband was shocked to hear a man speaking to two women the way that he did and came to see if we were okay. We then call the dispatcher back and she tells us that he left because we were yelling at him and that we cursed at him, which is the biggest lie ever told!! That is not something myself or my mother would do, we carry ourselves with grace and class and swearing at people is not something that falls into those categories. Were we upset? yes! were we yelling and cursing absolutely not!! If this towing company wants to continue to stay in business, my advice to them would be to work on their customer service skills and if this company chooses to not deal with certain races, religions, or ethnicities then maybe they should share that on their website or with the insurance companies that they work with. I would not use this company due to their unprofessionalism and I'll be sure to share with everyone I know the experience that I had. read more

Rainy, icy day after Christmas driving into work. Parked -- and noticed flat rear tire. Incredible Towing came out through my insurance with State Farm. They were fast, professional, polite, and just great! I honestly cannot say one negative thing about the entire experience with them. Would highly recommend. read more

I used Incredible towing once during the winter and again recently. Wait time wasn't bad at all. Definitely took less time than if I waited for my dad or brothers to come by. The guys helping were very nice, professional, respectful and very attentive. I recommend giving them a call. read more

Let me start by saying this is the ABSOLUTE FIRST time I have EVER wrote a review about ANYTHING!! I am NOT that person! Having said that, I'm glad it is about THIS company! We called to have my husband's work truck towed, they came right out, response was quick, but when the driver, Marim Bakooz got here... he said he couldn't do it. He said that there were tools in the bed of the truck that could "fly out", (mind you- ROOFING tools- NOT light equipment) and he could get $1000 ticket. He took pictures of it, texted, acted like he was talking to dispatch, and then turned around and said yeah, no, they couldn't do it! My husband offered to take some things out, but he said no and left! THANK GOD for ELITE TOWING!!! They took the truck no problem... Nothing having to be taken out... and it was "suggested" that Incredible Towing are a "bunch of lazy bastards" ... and I agree!! read more

This company sucks the dispatcher is very disprectful toward women of color (black) . I called for a tow for my tire and they were suppose to be to me in 15 minutes that was a lie. The tow driver was driving around and I saw him he claimed that he was in the city of detroit I bet he was getting high on drugs . I reported them to my insure company and there going to do something bout it because of you call back and asked how long and the dispatcher go say where is that Bitch at and the driver was trying to cover up for this boss. Towing Guys took my call which was directed to my insurance roadside service, and represented they were the correct agents to handle the call. I related my situation to need service to change a flat tire, and they said ok, but I would have to pay them and seek reimbursement from my insurance co. That should have been a red flag to me. Being a Sunday night and needing help on the side of a roadway, I reluctantly agreed...to their second price of $289. Turns out they were independent and intercepted the call to my insurance company. After a service truck arrived and changed the tire, the driver said he could not get Towing Guys to pay him. We waited about 1/2 hour for them to clear the charge and let me go. But they said it did not clear, and the driver said I could not leave until he was paid. So I paid him too. Afterwards, I called Towing Guys and they said not to worry, that a credit would be issued in a couple weeks. No credit was ever issued, still waiting. And my credit card company is not willing to issue the credit by themselves. read more

I specifically told the guy who was towing my car DO NOT TRY TO START MY CAR because I'm getting it towed for a possible engine issue. I also specifically told him DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR IN RUN and drain my battery. I'm constantly trying to tell him, my car is a button start, and has a king to change gears, you can't put the cat in neutral without the car in run. as soon as he gets in the car i see the lights come on, he attempted to start my car anyway. i could see when he was lifting the car all the lights were on on the dash, and the radio was on. after he dropped the car from the tow, the car was sitting in RUN and the know was blinking on and off in neutral because he had attempted to start my car anyway to turn the know to neutral and yea at that point my battery was dead. he denied starting the car, however there is no way for him to had got it in neutral to do that. he instantly denied everything and lied about changing any gears which was clear to see he had.
