April 14, 2023, I called what I thought was my insurance company Road side assist number. Towing Guys represented they were taking calls for Hagerty Insurance, my auto insurer. I ordered the service to replace a flat tire, and they quoted $350 to come out and replace with my spare. I asked them if they could do better, and in a few minutes they came back with $289 (still quite expensive to put a spare tire on). Under pressure with a dead pickup truck and darkness approaching, I agreed. In an hour or so a service truck showed up and changed the tire. The driver operator said he needed to get paid, but the dispatcher from Towing Guys said they could not get my credit card to clear. So, after waiting about 1/2 hour, I paid directly the independent tow truck operator so my auto could be released and I could leave the site. The independent operator/driver said I should be able to get the original payment stopped or reimbursed. I called back the Towing Guys dispatcher and told him I had been charged double for the roadside assistance; and after a few minutes conferring with somebody, he came back on the phone and said they (The Towing Guys) would issue a credit to my credit card in a couple of weeks. It has been 5 weeks and my credit card does not show a credit as they represented. I contacted my Master Card company and they are still waiting for the vendor Towing Guys to issue the credit. Towing Guys (or All Around Towing?), whatever name they use, misrepresented themselves as the insurance company's service and also that I would be issued a credit for the double charge. I plan to turn the case over to the Federal Trade Commission, to seek their help. Additionally, I will report as credit card fraud to the US Department of Transportation and Secret Service, and notify the State Board of Insurance of possible fraudulent action by towing company saying they are acting on behalf of a legitimate carrier. If Towing Guys want to rectify the situation and credit my C card, they may contact me. read more

Twice as much time waiting for tow truck than quoted and would only take cash so they didn't have to claim it on taxes. They dropped my car at repair shop and drove away without any contact with shop. I would NEVER use this company ever again! Owner was an arrogant dick! read more

First off the price you told the toe guy who came to get my car was five dollars more than what you told me, second the price went up another seven fifty for a credit card payment , which should have been explained to me over the phone, I could have just sent the guy you sent to my house away, with no payment at all, for, he was able to get my car started, but I paid and had him take my car, you should explain you pricing of all options and remember what your quote was to the customer, or just be honest!!! So price I was told was $70.00, what I ended up paying was $82.50 read more
