Tried the lamb biriyani and lunch special chicken curry. I am a big biriyani fan and when I say their biriyani is good, trust me it is! Lamb was so soft and bite size and made to perfection. Loved the naan as well!! read more

Ordered take-out from here. The food was great and definitely satisfied my craving!! My order was ready within 15 min and the staff was very friendly. I got the $8 lunch special chicken tikka masala (great flavor and nice portion size- they give A LOT of basmati rice), added naan (+$1), and samosas! Now that I have visited this establishment for the second time I felt it was time to write a review. The first time ordering takeout from here I felt the portion size was small for the price so tonight I opted for a head on comparison with my go to Hicksville Indian restaurant. I ordered an order of butter chicken and garlic naan from both. Both places have equally as well flavored butter chicken. The naan at my usual go to place is definitely "fluffier" but both were tasty. As far as the portion sizes, in comparison to my usual go to the Inde Spice portion was much smaller. Inde spice pricing is 13.99 for one order of butter chicken and my go to is 14.50. See included photos of portion sizes. In conclusion I can honestly say that Inde Spice has amazing food with amazing flavor but it would be good if portion sizes were slightly larger with more sauce. read more

This restaurant was being really safe for the COVID-19 as they have put in plastic walls that separate the tables from each other as they sit down. The food is delicious and the portions are very big and the owner is super nice and very friendly. It is a great place to have a nice dinner after shopping at the Deer Park tanger Outlets. We were in the neighborhood for some work and decided to grab a quick bite. We were wonderfully surprised by how authentic the food was and how delicious it was. We live in Jersey city with plenty of Indian options but this by far is the tastiest we've had in a while. Perfect spice level and the best part is it wasn't even oily or heavy. Despite dining in we were refused tap water, and only after SIX requests were we finally given bottled water towards the end of our meal. Servers not in masks. The four of us went to Inde Spice for dinner. What a great find for us! There are excellent choices of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes on the menu. The restaurant serves northern and southern Indian Cuisine. We started with two types of naan bread, one cheese and the other with fresh chile and garlic. The menu item was chile or garlic naan, but the owner let us mix the two. If you like both flavors, just ask. The naan was delicious, and made with fresh not garlic powder. The cheese naan was soft and buttery, with just the right amount of cheese oozing out at the first bite! Our 4 main dishes were chicken tikka masala, lamb vindaloo, goat chettinad and for $5 more, a combo goat lamb chettinad. All the meats were so tender that you can cut through them with a fork with little effort. Each meat dish came in its own distinct sauce, which can be ordered to taste, along with servings of rice. According to our server, the sauces are made daily using freshest ingredients and spices. We all agree. In fact, we ordered an additional serving of garlic naan bread just to sop up the remaining sauce after we finished the meats and rice! We are all planning our next trip to the restaurant to some vegetarian dishes and the kale. Inde Spice has the best Indian dishes we have eaten for some time. They are better than the Indian restaurants where We have eaten in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Northern Virginia. read more

Just founded this place recently and it did not disappoint! The chicken tikka Masala was delicious with just a hint of spice. The naan was nice and light and BIG! I got the $8 lunch special which came with the chicken and a large portion of rice. A huge piece of naan could be added for $1 (totally worth it). I don't know what they put in this food, it might be drugs, because there's no reason me and my bf should've ordered here 3 nights in a row!! Spending at least $40 per night, the food definitely isn't cheap but it is certainly worth the price tag. From the garlic naan to the palak saag lamb to the chicken tikka masala, you can literally taste the freshness in the ingredients.
