What business does not have people to accept payment. Invoices are far, far behind EOBs. Phone system overbearingly confusing. New to oxygen, asked for a list of supplies, no list, but I am supposed to know the ID number for each of the items when I order. Also, no one at this line to take my order. Left a voicemail. Lets see how long it will take to return the call. And what business doe not have a website in 2023?

mom had a stroke 8 yrs ago and the doctor recommended apex, we used them a couple of times with…read morelimited success until a few weeks ago when the new doctor contacted them for REAL physical therapy as mom became unable to walk or climb the 6 stairs at our house.... at first they were eager to send a nurse for the evaluation and the sign us up and have a therapist contact us to set up schedule but when we said that mom is 200 lbs and needs help being able to walk and a 90 lbs physical therapist wont work that we need some one to be able to support her and help her to walk and climb the stairs.... well apex told us they would call us back but never did and when we called them we were told they did not have ANY therapists available and did not know when they would have anyone available.... well ty apex for not returning our calls, and wasting our time we now have to scramble like heck to find another home health care company, have another nurse come out for another evaluation and only have less than 2 weeks left before the doctors prescription runs our and then we need another dr home visit to get another prescription for her physical therapy.... mom is 87 yrs old and every day she doesn't get therapy makes it that much harder to get her moving again.... I guess if all you need is bouncy ball and flexy rubber band type of very very light physical therapy these folks may work although my impression is they don't know anything except how to pass their exams and milk the system by billing medicare.... enjoy your YELP, Apex Home Health Care, you earned it!!!

I then went with them about a year ago and have not had a single issue with them. They have always kept me with CPAP supplies that I needed. I went into their office today to get a new CPAP machine since my current one was past it's life expectancy.
