I decided it was time for a change. I was not feeling very hopeful. Until, I meet with Kristie from CG Realtors group. Immediately, I was impressed with her. She brought all comps for the area (others did not) and told me my was house was priced right. I did not hear the usual "it has been on the market awhile you need to drop the price." There were not typical realtor lines. She explained her marketing strategy. I liked she did not think her job began by taking pictures and ended with listing the property on the web. My property was under contract within 2-3 weeks of listing with her. We were a week away from closing when the deal went south. It is November and traditionally not many deals happen then; however, I had CG Realtors Group working for me. Within 2 weeks, we were under contract again. This time there was a bonus - We closed EARLY! HARD WORK, DEDICATION, AND A TEAM THAT WORKS WELL TOGETHER are only some of the many attributes that make up CG Realtors Group. Everyone I came into contact with at CG was pleasant and performed their work in a timely manner. I worked with other Keller Williams Metro groups and Krisitie's group far surpassed them in efficiency, ethics, willingness to go the extra mile. She definitely listens to her clients needs and works hard to meet them. It was a most pleasurable experience working with a top notch agent such as Kristie. She is truly a top notch realtor. I have bought and sold many homes throughout my life but I would never use another realtor. If you have an agent who thinks their only job is taking photos and listing THEN give CG Realtors a call - Kristie is truly amazing!

I have been on the "Do Not Call List" since 2004 (verified by website)…read more I had the unfortunate experience in dealing with several of the realtors from this company. I believe this problem started after I filed an eviction in Harris county. 4 days after I filed eviction, I started getting an average of 4 calls a day from these people try to get me to sell my rental house. They were very pushy and asked questions that was none of their business and became agitated when I refused to answer the questions. I did notify each different agent that called that I was on the do not call list, but the call still kept coming in. When I did not pick up the phone, I started getting annoying texts from them. I got so fed up I called the office and told him do not call me ever again. Guess what a week later they still call me several times a day. These scumbags will keep calling you till you sell your house through then. Reported these people to the FCC.

First off, they are great at what they do. When we had our inspector come inspect the house, he was very impressed with their work. He even asked us for their business cards after he finished the inspection. I think that is a very good sign that we got a high quality house. Second, we had issues with our bank getting the mortgage done on time which pushed our closing date back a week. However, Marc and Pat let us do a temporary lease for basically nothing, so that we could go ahead and move into our house. They knew that we had already had movers scheduled for the day after we were supposed to close along with furniture and appliances being delivered that weekend as well. They also had a nice house warming gift for us when we moved in as well. Lastly, even after we closed on the house, they have been very responsive. Anytime that we have had a concern or issue about the house, Marc has sent someone to check on it either the same day or the next day. I have heard from a lot of friends that after they close on the house, it is next to impossible to get any kind of response from their builder, but this is definitely not the case with Marc. Buying a house is such a big decision. When we decided on our house, I couldn't help but wonder if we made the right decision. After working and getting to know Marc and Pat, I can confidently say that I am very happy with the decision we made. Not only did we get a wonderful house, but it always feels great to do business with good people.
