I explained my problem as best I could and Vince asked couple questions and then told me to press a certain setting for the receiver and sound was once again coming out of the speakers! Less than 15 minutes and he fixed the problem over the phone! We certainly know who to call for our entertainment system, security system, or lighting installations in the future.
