They wanted to cut down a tree that their tenant and I shared without my permission and without telling me. when I tried to call to let them know that I did not want the tree to be cut down, she got snippy with me. when I tried to explain that there were trees in her tenant's backyard that had fallen and broke the roof and side of the building of my garage, I didn't get a chance to explain because she hung up on me. I had to call code enforcement to talk to this unreasonable woman. the woman agreed to not cut down the tree but the next day, early in the morning, a team of tree cutters came to cut down the tree. I informed him what happened and he left. I felt bad for the guy, he was kind and considerate, unlike the woman working at Jaque and company. I guess they can have one star for being great for landlords in a way that they try their best to make as much money for the landlords and take from the tenents and neighbors of their tenents.

Tenant turnover used to be the worst for me... like seriously stressful. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. She's gone above and beyond with answering all 300 of my crazy questions and communicating promptly, compassionately, and professionally. I had originally contacted them for a certain property I saw online and was interested in calling home. They contacted me swiftly and even told me about the other properties they available. I ultimately ended signing for a different one their houses than the one I had originally messaged them about and am so beyond thrilled! Venture Property Management's website/portal platform is also sooo easy and transparent, so it's really nice finally having a living situation where it's easy to see and pay bills. Every time I moved in to a new place it got worse and worse each place I lived in was never clean, mold growing in the bathrooms There were cockroaches in each building I lived in last building I lived in had cockroaches, bed bugs and mice which was a safety concern because I was pregnant and had my firstborn they refuse to spray properly they refuse to give proper notices, I have been told by one of the maintenance people that he would enter my suite without a 24 hours notice to quote" fix things even though nothing was being fixed, I had to go to the bored to get just a simple water leak finished because I paid for water which took a few months, While I was pregnant with my first, I nearly fell down the stairs while in labor due to them putting grips on the stairs with silicone instead of gorilla glue. I have a friend in a different building that is going through similar situations with Deborah And now is going to court with Clearwater. So please if you ever consider renting from Clearwater management just know that they're slumlords. They do not care about anything other than the money and you will not get your damage deposit back!!!!

They actively raise your rent the maximum allowed every year. Upon moving out management went out of their way to not only take the whole security deposit, but find ways to overcharge for cleaning and fixes. Ultimately making me pay almost $900 extra. They charged huge amounts for changing light bulbs, and hour of maintenance to throw a few dishes away from a drawer, etc. Then when I diputed, they withdrew those charges but charged me 500 for chips to the old shower.

You have landlord not following her own rules, a lot of the stuff in the house is either old or half ass fixed, probably gonna have to wash your own carpet if it's not badly damaged. Since we moved in we have had a couple maintenance issues with the house and Parker properties has sent someone out to fix the problems right away.
