She has been the most incredible, hospitable, understanding, sweet, outgoing, helpful, and accommodating person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She's gone above and beyond with answering all 300 of my crazy questions and communicating promptly, compassionately, and professionally. I had originally contacted them for a certain property I saw online and was interested in calling home. They contacted me swiftly and even told me about the other properties they available. I ultimately ended signing for a different one their houses than the one I had originally messaged them about and am so beyond thrilled! Venture Property Management's website/portal platform is also sooo easy and transparent, so it's really nice finally having a living situation where it's easy to see and pay bills. From applying, sending documents, paying the security deposit, and rent, VPM has been amazing every step of the way. As a homeowner I wanted to support a smaller local company, but ended up wasting 3 months by choosing venture. They had yellow flags from the very beginning, where my requests for recommendations for vendors took a week to be answered so I should have known. I had to manage them every step of the way, if I wanted to get things done. For example, the pictures they took of the house made the house look so dark so I had to ask them to retake it. The only positive experience was they were nice about letting me cancel my agreement which is why I gave 2 stars not 1. I ended up going with another bigger property management company that got our house rented within 2 weeks, but it is lamentable that I wasted 3 months with Venture. The market could have been bad, but they did nothing to help me get the property get rented, and even when I would come up with ideas it would take them days to get back to me about implementing it. I called at least 4-6 other groups and none of them gave me the same impression that Jay and his team did. I rented a beautiful home for myself and my Son's from Venture Properties, in Fresno California. For my Son's and I, it was our final home together before they would move away.
