The season's changed during this time and they were kind enough to let me come and select things from their storage that I needed for winter. Each person that I spoke to was kind and patient. You could tell that they treat each client as if they are the only one they are helping. While I hope I never have a need for them again, I would highly recommend them for any restoration project. Just then he realized it continued through our expensive steel roof & there was a gap between the steel roof & the pipe. The weather called for hours of rain for yesterday. What to do? Jimmy was so easy to work with & had terrific people skills on the phone. We were also delighted that Jimmy sent Eric out to finish the fix on the roof when he said he would yesterday afternoon. Eric was conscientious enough to fix a small crack on another pipe while on the roof. This was problem solving of the highest order for us.

Angela R./Manager and Mitch, please show me the call logs where "you say my husband called multiple times into the night." You don't have those call logs because it didn't happen. Mitch was very unprofessional when he came to our house after a tree had fallen on it putting us out of our home for 7 months. My husband was not belligerent or drunk. Just because someone gets off work and has 1 beer to decompress from a long day of work AND a tree falling on our house making us unable to live in the home, does not make him drunk or belligerent. Mitch's terrible attitude was the problem in a very stressful situation. When they did remove the tree they drove all over my front yard with a bobcat, tearing the driveway and front yard up. I have proof of that and my insurance company is having to pay to fix everything due to Landmark's incompetence. I will never use that company again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them either. Angela R./Manager and Mitch, stop lying and bad mouthing us. Unless you have proof, keep your mouth shut! The builder said it would be easy to fix and he would send the carpenter back out. Well if the carpenter didn't do it right the first time, then I want another opinion of what's wrong with it so I know what has to be done. I called Olshan. They sent Marty out in February to look under the house. He told me the work looked terrible and he didn't know what to do to fix the house. He said it hasn't even settled and he doesn't know how to fix it. He told me to get an engineer and he'll do what the engineer says, but he just walked away with no estimate or anything. At first I thought this is what these guys do. Floors and foundations. Mine are in bad shape and they don't know how to fix it? It took me a while to understand that Marty did the right thing. Honestly and integrity were the reasons for him walking away. He just didn't explain it well enough for me to understand. If the structure is built properly, and it settles, you can put it back where it needs to be. If it's built wrong to start with, you can't twist it into shape and fix it. I am the victim of a shoddy contractor. The engineer I hired said that my house does not meet minimum code requirements and that it was built so bad that it has to be torn down. It has many major structural problems. Im writing this review in August and we've only been in the brand new house 6 months now. Olshan was out right before we moved in. He realized that this house would never be right if it was built this poorly. I just didn't understand yet why they can't "fix" it. We recently had two of Olshan's competitors come out. They gave us crazy, ridiculous priced proposals for all this work to "attempt" to fix it. The contracts actually say they will attempt it. And they will not guarantee it will be level. The engineer told me this house cannot be fixed without tearing it down. Olshan's competitors want to take advantage of me for work that will not solve our problem. Marty at Olshan did the right thing. I got taken advantage of by a builder, but not by Olshan.

This company does not do quality work. I have several items of my property damaged. I had to hire painters to come in behind them to fix what they messed up. Then, when we finally settled on a final bill minus all of the work I had to do with other vendors, I forgot that I paid for fixtures, glass doors and lighting. So, I subtracted that amount from the total. They sued me for a higher amount than the amount I subtracted. They lied and said they served me and contacted me about this law suit. I didn't know about it until I received a garnishment letter from my employer. I would never use them to do any work for me. They are not trustworthy and have zero moral compass. They basically took advantage of a single woman.

The owner, Richard Gehrett, came to my home checked for mold and did an air quality test. It turns out it was not mold and the air quality test was good. However, Mr. Gehrett could have told me it was mold, charged me to get rid of it and I would not have known any different.
