At first during installation it seemed they were nice people and knew what they were doing. Now that we are getting settled in, it's apparent we were taken advantage of. We were charged an additional $1200 for equipment and they won't provide an invoice for it. Connection pins in the thermostat were broken. The video doorbell isn't an ADT doorbell. They put in a cheap google doorbell that provides no connection to the ADT system, no security video feed, it falls off the wall randomly, and for the last week will not even show video through the google home app. I cannot get a response from this company now that there is issues with their equipment and install.
