I don't remember the name of the dish I ordered but it is vegetarian, with tofu, white onion, green onion, red bell pepper, and a lemon slice to squeeze on top, which really enhanced the dish. Anyways, I am eating as I write this and it is so good! The service here is great. Will definitely stop here next time I am traveling by. Just ate some dessert - a piece of strawberry cheesecake. My boyfriend and I have been craving Indian food, and this Valentine's Day we decided to scratch the itch. We wanted to look outside Tracy to try something new, and we're so happy we found India 4 U. A lot of Indian places we've been to are take-out style, but this restaurant has amazing ambience. They've got fun LED lights to help them stand out and shine bright in the night. have tried a few indian places here in manteca and they always have a balance of pros and cons. pro, food was ok, con was they would ignore my spice request as i get really bad heartburn. or food was terrible but service was ok. this place has taken that balance and destroyed it. the food is always great and the service is awesome! my wife can handle the spice so she always orders a medium spice butter chicken with a side of the spices so she can add more as needed. i order the chicken korma with as little spice as possible because of heartburn. the owner would come and check on us to make sure everything was as we requested. we brought a friend who has never really tried indian before and she was blown away by it. highly recommend this place to anyone! read more

However, We ordered butter chicken and garlic naan and both were horrible. The naan bread itself was good but it was NOT garlic naan...it was garlic powder naan! Who uses garlic powder on naan? So gross. The butter chicken sauce was not creamy at all and was, in fact, it was watery! Yuck! It was obvious they took tandoori chicken chunks and threw it in a not buttery sauce that lacked major key flavors. Hands down worst Indian I've tried out this way.
