We were first in line at the host stand, at the very beginning of dinner service, with a reservation. However, we had to wait as a group behind us was welcomed and seated. The host was the only person all evening who wasn't warm or welcoming - it was a chilly arrival experience, with parking validation friction and would have put me off from the start if the servers hadn't saved it from there on out. We were seated close to the pass, which was a fun spot to watch both the kitchen and front of house teams at work, as well as a comfy booth from which to observe the rest of the space (including snooping at other diners' plates - for inspiration, of course). Getting salad toppings works fine though. It's filling with the rice and feels healthier because of the vegetables. When I visited, they were out of some of their offerings, which surprised me. It was 12:30. It is hard to guesstimate how many people will come in for lunch, but I didn't expect them to be out of mint chutney... The kiosk also is not updated regularly. It will say they're out of certain things, but you can see what's available when building your own bowl without the kiosk.
