A nice older lady and I were unsure to unload our groceries and asked her if it was an express line.. before we proceeded. She said no it was not ..and to go ahead and start to put our groceries up. She came around and moved the sign and continued checking us out with such nice customer service and kindness...I wish I got her name and I can't find my receipt. That's one of the reasons I keep coming back. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The cashier didn't greet me at all and made no effort to bag my items. What stood out even more was that he watched me bag everything myself without offering any assistance. It felt unwelcoming and out of line with the usual level of service I expect here. I hope this was just a one-off experience, because this location is usually much better.

Another stand out were the maple leaf sandwich creme cookies. Dear Lord, please let the maple leaf cookies be a regular, non-seasonal item. So good! Lastly, feeling like a kid again, I grabbed a box of Pinks and Whites. Jesus and Isaiah answered questions for me and directed me to the cookie goodies. TJ's is like walking into a new store each time; I always love being introduced to new products.

I didn't realize I needed to have the app to get the special price when I went to check out. The cashier was amazing. She was nice and didn't make me feel stupid or uncomfortable for not having it all ready. She told me to download the app real quick and had another person to help me out if I needed. I got the app download which was super fast and easy. Another guy checked me out so I didn't have to wait in line. Every one was so nice and respectful and I so appreciated it. I have found that I'm really starting to like this store as the meat department is amazing. Super clean, fresh and top notch. The produce section is amazing as well.
