The best customer service I have ever received from an auto shop! Everyone was so kind and helpful.

I took my Jeep into them because my heating system wasn't working and I also asked them to fix my headlight that was out. when I got home with my Jeep, not only didn't they fix the headlight, all of my fluid lev were low. I took it back. Shortly after spending $1300 on work that they said needs to be done, my Jeep is now overheating. I will never take my car back to them or even recommend anyone go to them. read more

Got 2 or 3 wheel alignments on my lifted silverado so I made appointment for another..took off work 3 hours early. Get there and was told they can't align trucks with more than 2 inch lift...maybe they shoulda asked that when I made appointment...did owner change or do the new techs lack skills now? I put a review on google of 1 star because the owner tried to scam me I have pics of how he then lied on my review on google On May 13 I was in an accident yes, the front of my car was damaged but it was %90 cosmetic all I needed on the drivetrain was 2 parts which totaled to $85 online I replaced them myself and got the Allignment done at NTB for 110$ but the owner This company stated that my strut was Bent and the ball joint was worn And in order to safely fix my car they needed $900 now if my Strait truly was bent, I would not have been able to put a spare tire on the car and drive it to his shop from exit 88 on 77 and the ball joint was a bit worn the owner then tried to charge me $89 for the shop time when I had clearly asked for the total price beforehand and I signed paperwork stating if only pay if they fixed the issue. the owner then called me at 4:30 right before close to try and hit me with $900 in cost to fix it I told him no I'll do it myself and he tried to still charge me for the $89 for shop time. Now after I put a 1 star review in the owner preceeded to lie and state that I'm a "shitTy customer he stated that I used the "night drop box to drop the keys" but I dropped them in his hand I called them at 9am that morning because I was in the accident at 7:15 am otw to work. (This guy also mixes paint at a shop down the road that how I know who he is) now i dropped the car off at 1230-1245 because that's the time they instructed to drop it off because they said "we don't have appointments available but for just an alignment we can squeeze you in if you have the car here before 1. so I did as he asked and he tried to then hit me with a $900 bill because "it's unsafe" I drove that unsafe car for almost a month before I got the parts on it and allignment done. now here's the best part The owners a fucking liar i have picture proof now in his response he says I used the night drop box well how did I if I called him at 9am the day of the accident to schedule the work he also doesn't state when he called me to let me know that they didn't work on my car 4:30 pm (they close at 5) I had told him I live 30 min away and my father came to get the keys so I didn't have to make him wait or wait till the morning to get my car. This asshole lied to me then lied on the review and I have proof that half of what he said is a straight up lie so do you want that person working on your car? read more

This place SUCK .!!! Save your money and time and maybe your car and your life!! I payed a lot of money just to have my car parked for two days because they couldn't find the problem and keep just jacking up the price and see if they could fix it...they had no idea!! Took it to DCS automotive and 2 hours later it was fix for $80. read more

Cant speak to their service, my rating is based on not being willing to give a ballpark estimate for a very specific service over the phone when asked. I understand there can always be complications, other factors, etc.... but when someone asks how much to change the plugs, it shouldn't be that difficult to give a reasonable price range. read more

We have used Rock Hill Automotive twice on 2 vehicles. Each time they have been polite, professional and delivered superb work within the time frames quoted. Their prices are fair and their techs know what they are doing. Each time picking up our vehicles they let us know exactly what was done and if there were any other items we should consider addressing in the future. Communication from them is A+. Prepare your wallet... I have a 10 years old, 120,000 miles pick-up truck. Nothing wrong with it, never been in the garage as I change the oil myself and do simple routine maintenance. I thought it was time for a tune-up... My truck is worth $5,200 according to the Blue Book. They came up with an estimate for $3,400 and after bringing things back into reality, still got hit with a bill for over $1,000... for a tune-up ? I bet that bringing the car to the dealership would have been much less. Also, I started to receive all kind of junk email... something I solemnly despise. Nope, I won't be back. read more
