I even had them provide an oil change, and that price was also very fair. This truck is parked outside under a tree, and had not been cleaned in years, but looked brand new when they were done. Charged for a seat switch at ~57% upcharge despite absolutely no communication that the part was not working properly. Didn't complete the work properly and left grease on the seat and didn't put the switch back on for the lumbar support. I will not go back and I do not recommend anyone use this business unless you just like giving your money to dishonest people.

Anyway, I scheduled the PPI for the following day between 11am and 3pm, no problem. Pay in advance, once again, no problem since that's typical for these types of services. I get a call the next day around 2:30pm saying the mechanic isn't available and we would need to reschedule for the next day. Unfortunately, I had a tight timeframe that this needed to be completed by and the next day wouldn't work. I found someone local, paid about 50% more since it had to be done right away, and they sent someone out immediately. I tried to cancel with Instant Car Fix and get a refund. Matthew told me that that was fine and sent me a link to cancel. Once I finished the cancellation, I got an email confirmation saying I was being charged a 100% cancellation fee for cancelling "a job in progress", even though the promised services were never delivered. When I tried calling Matthew back, he ignored all of my calls. I ended up calling the main number and told that they would escalate it. I didn't hear anything for a few days, so I called back and was told the same thing, and also told to email their claims department directly. If this is the "professional" demeanor by which they operate, then it's no wonder they are getting completely flamed in their online reviews. My review will not change until they fix their mistake. Until then, I advise everyone looking for mechanical services to look elsewhere.
