OAM showroom
Paul G.

I have had several great experiences at OAM! My first purchase was a new Benelli TNT135 for my son last August. I coordinated my purchase via email with James and Josiah and the process couldn't be any better. The price was the lowest I could find and the delivery was smooth, easy and the entire staff seemed to be just as excited about the purchase as we were. We were in and out in about 90 minutes including loading, and the bike has been fun and flawless. The second bike was a used BMW R1200RT. I have had the pleasure of having Josiah service previous bikes of mine over the past decade and he was very thorough in his assessment of the bike. They even went to the lengths of replacing the fork seals and doing an oil change before delivery. In summary, motorcycles are a fun luxury and a big part of my life. The OAM crew recognizes the value of the personal relationship that you need to own a motorcycle, and that's what will make me a repeat customer in the future.

Damage done to wheel
Patrick G.

I brought my ktm1290 super adventure in for a tire change on my way back from Mexico. Came in about an hour before closing, they were able to get me in and I thought all was good. About 10 mins after getting on the bike my rear tpms low pressure light comes on. I pull over and check, yup it's low, find a service station and add air. I add air 5 more times on my way to Phoenix. Take it to a shop in Phoenix and they find gouges all over the bead of the wheel that were not there before taking it to on any moto. I know because I have a no mar tire changer in my garage and installed the previous tire. So the shop in Phoenix are able to smooth out the damage from on any moto and get me on my way. I reached out to on any moto to see if they would cover the additional costs I had to incure and was told that they didn't damage anything, didn't seem to care about how serious a poorly installed and not checked tire is on a motorcycle. The service manager I believe his name was Josh was especially unprofessional and rude. He just kept saying they didn't do it, couldn't explain why the tire didn't leak before and was leaking like crazy now and had Zero care that his shop mounted a tire that went flat almost instantly. Avoid this place at all costs, they do dangerous and extremely unprofessional work.

While I rarely review businesses, these guys meet the criteria for one exception. I've had them rebuild the ohlins suspension on my track bike (GSXR) and the ohlins suspension plus full workup and service on my KTM dirt bike. However, both pale in comparison to the service I received with my BMW R1200GS. While in for an 80k mile service, the Service Manager Josiah spotted a broken throttle cable and found the primary coils to be going out. Having planned a trip to Northern California that I could not change the dates of, OAM had the replacement parts expedited. Saturday arrived (departure date of the coming monday) and my parts had yet to show up. Surprisingly, the shipping company dropped the ball (SARCASM) and the parts were scheduled to arrive on Monday, a day that OAM is closed. Knowing the situation, Service Manager Josiah and Parts Manager Ken came in on Monday to both receive the parts, and repair my bike. Let me reiterate: THEY CAME IN ON A DAY OFF to repair my motorcycle. Not only that, one of them had attended the funeral of a a close family member that very morning. Words cannot express my love and gratitude for these guys. I'm 33 years old, have lived in various places around the country as well as Australia. I've been in and around the industry since I was a kid. And I have NEVER seen any motorcycle shop go this far above and beyond the norm to help their customers and friends. On Any Moto has made me a customer for life. More so, they treat their customers as family, something unheard of in 2020. If you have a need for service, parts, are shopping for a new bike, or just want to kill some time, you will be doing yourself a grave disservice if you don't make it a point to stop by. Thank you On Any Moto. You are a shining star amongst a darkened void.

Mike worked with me on fitting and trying on a few other designs, making sure another lid wasn't a better choice.

Daniel also replaced headlight and ran USB cord while the tank was off. They usually do not work on bikes older than 10 years. They took care of me because the bike is in excellent shape. I was able to supply all the parts needed except for the carburetor parts. Luckily they were able to get those still. Bike purrs like a kitten now. Daniel did great work! Fabian and the rest of the Service crew were amazing. The bike was there for more than a minute. I appreciate everyone involved for their customer service and work ethic. This place has a huge selection of bikes. Kawasaki, KTM, Gas Gas, Triumph, and more. Plenty of clothing, gear and accessories for you and your UTV/motorcycle needs. Definitely check out this place if you are looking for a new bike, UTV or service. Well worth the 1+ hour ride for us. Now I have to decide if I still want to sell this bike or keep it. I am the second owner and it has just over 3,000 on the odometer. Yes 3,000.

My less than 240-mile-on speedometer KLX 300 needed a front tire tube changed, called Cycle Gear…read moreand was told it was the price of the tube plus $15. I usually install my own tube, but for $15 dollars I'll drop it off this time. At the store I was asked if I'd like the regular tube at $15 or the heavy duty for $30. Since the work was $15 I decided to splurge and get the heavy duty. The sales person let me know there may be an additional $3.00 for a rim lock. Alright, up to $48 for a tube change by now, but whatever. They also let me know my wheel may not be ready until the next day. That evening I get a call from an employee letting me know I needed a rim lock and it would be $11. Alright, whatever. I'm now in it for $56. When I picked up the tire at the store the next morning... it was $100.20! They added charges they did not tell me about (rotation at some outrageous amount). A hundred bucks to change a tube. They did adequate work on the tire... I mean it is just a tube change. Get the spoons, stick-on weights, and a short rod you'll need to do your own future tube changes and use the $75-$80 bucks you'll save to get some new gear. Otherwise, make sure you ask for disclosure of total price up front.

Benjamin's outstanding service has me changing my mind about the store and I will definitely be back

The sales experience was awful, especially being new to the area. I responded to an online ad and…read morewas contacted by someone I assumed was a salesperson. When I arrived at the store and notified him I was there, he immediately handed me off to another salesperson without much introduction. The second salesperson jumped straight into discussing a trade-in. I told him I did not want to trade in my motorcycle. Right after that, he handed me a credit application. I told him he was moving too fast because I wanted to explore my options first. Although I liked the first Slingshot I saw in the showroom, I knew there were other models posted online at different store locations, and I wanted to compare them. He did not pressure me aggressively, but his attitude came across as, "What's the problem?" Yes, I was interested in purchasing one, but I wanted options and something that fit within my budget. He then told me they would need to run a hard credit pull for each vehicle I wanted to consider. To me, that was a concern because hard inquiries can impact a credit score. He never really went over the machine, its features, or what I was looking for. His main focus seemed to be getting me to fill out the application rather than understanding my needs and budget. Then another individual approached me without introducing himself. Based on my experience, I could tell he was the finance manager because he already had my application in hand. Again, there was no proper introduction. He simply presented numbers such as the out-the-door price, down payment, APR, and monthly payment. He also stated that another credit pull would not impact my score since I had already been approved through the manufacturer's bank. That contradicted what the salesperson previously told me, so the salesperson was at least partially incorrect. When I told the finance manager the payments were too high and outside my budget, he went back and returned with different numbers, but they were still higher than what I could afford. I explained that I needed time to think about it and discuss it with my wife, especially since it was already approaching closing time. As I was leaving, the second salesperson approached me again and asked for my decision. I told him the same thing -- that I needed time to think about it. He said he would contact me the next business day, which would have been Tuesday, but he never called. Overall, the experience lacked customer service, hospitality, professionalism, and communication. It honestly felt like they did not value or want my business.
