I went to the store and made the appointment at their kiosk a day ahead. The nurse practitioner was easy to work with and answered some additional questions. The cost was $69 and we were in and out in a timely manner.

They had me pay up front standard practice I know however I really believe this place does it so you don't walk out. Once in back I could hear the doctor and nurse having casual conversation as I waited another 30 minutes for them to finish. I refused to sit on the table because it had butt marks from the previous guest, there was a used bandage on the ground and the baseboard has peeled back showing dry wall. It looked as thought the trash can nor facilities had been cleaned in months. When the doctor arrived she took my blood pressure asked some questions she never even listened to my heart. I live VERY close to here and drive out my way to go elsewhere. No thank you.

I cannot express enough how much they took care of me. The Doctor was so awesome. I cannot rememeber her name but she was very thorough and really didn't want me leaving without knowing what was wrong. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything they could do until the labs came back. Very compassionate people. Received a phone call today with my results. I'm just so thankful I went to this immediate care. PS. Before I went to St V's Immeidate care I went to the Med Check at Community (146th and Cumberland Rd). The gal told me to have a seat and wait. There were only two other people in the waiting room. She didn't even ask me what was wrong just have a seat and wait. That's when I started looking for another Med Check and found St V's. Thank God because I received awesome care here.

I went in while experiencing a miscarriage. I arrived at 7pm and was told that an ultrasound tech…read morewas on call and had already been called due to another patient experiencing the same symptoms that I was and needing an ultrasound as well. I was told that once the tech was called, she had an hour to report in so it may be a wait. From about 8pm when I was moved to the ER side (apparently required due to needing an ultrasound), I was left in the room and would leave to go out in the hallway and check in with nurses to find out when I would be seen or any updates on the tech arriving. I did this about every half hour since I had been previously told she had an hour to report in. The tech finally saw me at 12am. During the ultrasound, she had constant phone notifications sounding off and distracting her from the procedure. At one point, she had me (the patient) hold the transvaginal probe inside of my body so that she could respond to her phone. I was already quite distressed due to the nature of going through a miscarriage, and this made it much worse. The cherry on top was the bill I received. $3400 (after insurance claims). $2000 of this portion was just due to having to check into the ER (to not be seen whatsoever) but just to have the ultrasound in that ER room. Just beware before coming here. The doctors and nurses are kind, but "on call" does not mean much to the techs. Also, beware that you will end up paying thousands if you step foot into their ER (even if no testing or care is done via ER services).

For context, I'm a medical school professor and very comfortable in a medical setting and know what is and is not acceptable behavior. The PA I saw, Maddie, was personable, very informative, and actually listened... I know that should be what you expect at every doctor's office, but with privatization of insurance that's not always what you get. Heck, she listened and cared more than my students who are REQUIRED to to pass (ha!). She was thorough, listened to all concerned addressed them properly and provided all necessary important information including referrals and follow-ups. She was also incredibly smart and knowledgeable about a lot of topics, and you can tell because she doesn't throw a ton of big words at you to seem smart, it was demonstrated in her ability to describe things at a level that people without medical experience could understand. HIGHLY recommend. The medical assistant, Keniesha, who came in to draw blood and run an EKG was polite, knowledgeable and professional while making me feel at ease during understandably uncomfortable tests. Office staff is friendly, polite, helpful, and great at getting you all set up and going. There was a line formed and the clinic did not open until 8:00 a.m. Allyson was at the front door in the cold, allowing patients to sign up for their clinic visit. Allyson called me by phone, as I waited in my warm car, when it was time for my appointment. You are required to wash your hands before coming into the waiting area; and, of course wear a mask which must cover your mouth AND your nose. Conrad was the associate who administered my Covid-19 test. Conrad explained the procedure (he also took my temperature and pulse oximetry measurements) and performed my nasal Covid-19 test. Conrad was professional, reassuring and kind as was Allyson. The pandemic has been horrible but these two associates made this process easy and stress free. I thank them for their hard work and dedication for risking their lives to assist the public.
