Both were delicious! We ate our treats at a table on the outdoor patio. There is lots of outdoor seating, and zero indoor seating. So, your options are to sit outside or get your goodies to go. The people who work here are polite and patient, which is also appreciated. You know how it goes when you visit a sweets shop with kids -- they can't make up their mind about what they want. What I think took this down to 3 stars was the service. When I went to order, I was just stared at and I thought maybe they weren't ready for me yet but they were. There was just no greeting of "Hi, welcome in" or even a "What can I get for you?" It was just a stare and silence. Now the staff were not unkind...they certainly seemed friendly but that lack of greeting didn't feel great. Additionally, they were very quiet or mumbled when calling out orders and so it seemed like many people listening never heard their order including me. I also had to ask again for the pie after having paid. I bought a bandana as well and didn't see the price tag. When I asked how much it was the staff member said it was either 12 or 15 dollars. She rang it up as 15 when later I saw the price tag and it clearly said $12. I showed the staff member and she said it was $15 and it was a handwriting issue for the price tag. I rarely write reviews less than five stars but I do think if there could be a bit more initiative from the staff and orders called out more clearly and louder for drinks so they don't spoil that would really help.

Hehe…read more I used to go to this one exclusively until they built one a little closer to my house - on Emerson and County Line road in Greenwood. I would actually drive out of my way to go to this one because the one on US 31 in Indianapolis is extremely icky on many levels. I still go to the Walmart in Franklin if I'm close to it because it's located near my mom's house. I even worked at this Walmart for about four months (years ago) in the garden department. But,....alas, that's a whole other story. :-) As always, the prices are very competitive and this Walmart never seems to be really busy so that's another plus. All in all, it's a Walmart, so I guess I will always have a love/hate relationship with the place one way or another.

They've added public restrooms as well as a little amphitheater. It's really nice. The market now has two long rows of vendors. The Whiskers on Wheels bus was such a neat idea. You can get on and pet animals. They had so many booths selling different things, honey, kombucha, coffee, baked goods, bath salts and many more. This market is within walking distance of the county courthouse in Franklin. It's open Saturdays 8 am - noon.

As for food we got Queso of course which paired with the complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa was very flavorful with a solid spice level. For our main we went with the Taco Tray. 10 tacos, 2 of whichever 5 you choose and 3 sides. We chose Carne Azada, Birria, Corner (Chorizo & Potato), BBQ Pork and Ensenada (Fried Chicken) tacos along with the side choices of Re-fried beans, Mexican Rice and Spicy Veggies with Quinoa. The tacos also come with cilantro, onion and tomatillo salsa. All 3 sides were nice to pair with all tacos. It was nice to mix and match all the various toppings on the tacos to find the best flavor.
