I went in on a Thursday, and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I wanted to get the taillights, 3rd brake light, and rear reflectors smoked out. I was quoted about 2-2.5 hr turnaround. I dropped the car at 2:00, and I pulled away before 4:00. Randy was fast and knocked it out ahead of the quoted time. He really knows his stuff! I couldn't be happier, and will certainly go back for some other customization in the future.

I talked with someone yesterday on…read morethe phone, he told me to come this morning he said they open at 9 he suggested I come at 8:45, due to the being so busy on Sunday's, he srated it's first come first serve(That's a lie), I got there at 8:15, 8:16 I pulled up right after a truck. After others started coming 9:00 they opened I never been there before so I was waiting for them to open the door, the first car got out then me then the third car,the third car beat me to the door. When we got in an ice gentleman let the worker know that I was second(this customer was a regular) the man that cut in front of me a woman let it be know that he wasn't second, the worker still took him in front of me and made a joke when it was my turn that I was second and said they had a lot of help they will get us out quickly (very professiona). Not only did he do his truck, but found out later he did a couple that came after the gentleman that spoke up for me. I asked at 12:15 how much longer for the Kia optima he said 45 more min, I then had my son come and wait I left. From 8:15am to 12:45 is when they finally finished. Never Ever Again. You get what you pay for, cheaper isn't better should have took his car where I took mine Pendleton Pike I paid more but least they were fair.
