Everything you have read in the other reviews as far as Roderick's professionalism, upbeat positive attitude, and willingness to work with your schedule is true but as positive as that is it isn't what is really important. First the Lumar film had me worried but after some lengthy internet research I found it was rated as one of the three manufacturers you want installed and Lumar was the only hydrophobic PPF. The research also showed me that the installer is actually the most important factor. First impression I couldn't tell anything was installed and 6 weeks later I still can't unless I look where I know I can find a seam (Did not get car fully covered). I do see where rocks have hit the car over 6 weeks but see no paint chipping. Like most people I don't give reviews often and when I do it's usually to warn people so when I give a good review it's because the service went above and beyond. Since I first wrote this review and posted it at the wrong business (review was removed), I dented one of my cars with a luggage cart and called for a reference for paintless dent repair, well they do that too. They had me come in the next business day and made the dents disappear giving me a little more time with a flawless new car (until someone gives me a fresh dent).

This battery was $279 and only lasted for one month. When I contacted him, he had me to go get the battery tested which I did, and the battery was no good. I then contacted him back he asks me to ship it back to him which I did that he would refund me my money back or send a new battery. At this point a week had pasted by so I had to go rebuy another battery. Meanwhile im still contacting the owner of Mr. Jorge and he is telling me that he is waiting for the battery to be tested, which I had already did because he asks me to that he would call me back. Several days go by I call back he has other employees answering the phone stating that he is not in or he is with a costumer. At this point, I know that Jorge is starting to avoid me. It's now going on 2 weeks since this all started and he is telling me that he has tested the battery and it has come back perfect.......So please tell me why in the hell would I go through all this with a battery that I NEED and now I have paid right at $600 because I had to go buy my own battery because I need my vehicle for work. Now since I'm trying to call him back, he will not answer any of my phone calls, my boyfriends phone calls or any phone line that I call from that says North Carolina........THIS COMPANY IS A PIECE OF SHIT.
