What enticed me the most about the community was the lake, called "Oquirrh Lake" which runs through a bridge called "The Cross Water Bridge." The trail or lake is one of the amenities the community has, with a running trail made of asphalt. There are many ducks, and wildlife all around, especially around the boardwalk. Adjacent to the community are businesses such as salons/Barbershops, a market, and restaurants all within walking distance. In contrast, to the comments posted previously, I cannot attest to any of that since I am not a resident and just someone passing through.
