We really enjoyed our day at Indigo Lavender Farms. We arrived midday so we brought a picnic lunch and sat at one of several picnic tables with umbrellas. Afterwards, we visited the shop to purchase admittance. Upon entering the store, we were hit with the wonderful smell of lavender. Almost everything in the shop is either made with lavender or is related in some way to the flower. It's really a lovely place with friendly staff to match. We made our way out the back door to go to the fields, which is a short distance away. We purchased the package deal where we could pick our own lavender. There was plenty of lavender to choose from - just row after row of huge clumps of lavender. It was really a beautiful thing is see. The grounds are well kept so it was a great experience as well as a perfect opportunity for taking pictures. We had a terrific time and would highly recommend Indigo Lavender Farms.

I LOVE this lavender farm! It's by far my favorite. Everyone is super friendly and they have such a large variety of lavender. The shop is amazing and offers so many products. I highly recommend picking up some lavender and (lavender) honey. The honey is SO good, I can't get enough of it. They also have great farm fresh eggs and you can see their chickens walking around. They honestly have so many products and I'd like to try them all. The honey lavender goats milk soap is great. The lavender ice cream was good, but I didn't love it. I'll definitely be back for more honey, eggs, soap, and new items!! I'm really looking forward to trying their lavender tea and I plan on making lavender syrup with the lavender and honey!

This farm is absolutely beautiful and boasts an extensive selection of scents paired with their fragrant lavender, as well as locally sourced honey, bees wax candles, and goats milk soaps and lotion. It was a rainy morning but we planned for the Indigo Festival as the weather seemed to be holding out. I follow their Facebook page and had been checking for updates and there was nothing about any changes so we figured it was still on. We got there at 1 and all the food trucks had left and many vendors were closed or packing up. Real bummer considering we drove an hour away! I would have loved to experience all of the beauty, just think they could have put an update on their social media to let people know. My suggestion is just to make sure you call first to find out their hours, if you plan to take a drive!

Indigo Lavender Farms is along North Van Dyke Road in Imlay City. The other lavender farm I visited last year was in Washtenaw County, so it is nice to have a lavender farm a bit closer to home for folks living in the northern Detroit suburbs. Because lavender is one of my favorite scents, I love stepping into the gift store and smelling all of the lavender products from lavender cookies to lavender candles and hand soap. Last August I went to Indigo Lavender Farms for an outdoor wreath making class. It was a nice experience to have while the weather was still warm and we could safely do this during the pandemic. The teacher was really nice and helpful. The manager didn't come off as friendly as the teacher, both when I was in the store and later when she was outside to assist with the class. She was being pretty stingy about the amount of lavender we could use for our wreaths. Many of the students had to secretly take more lavender from the box or pick some up off the floor or wherever they could find it to finish their wreaths whenever the manager went back into the store. It was kind of sad and ridiculous, and it made the experience less enjoyable. We were given around four bundles of lavender along with wheat. I would have liked to have had more lavender, an unlimited quantity would have been great, to wrap lavender around my entire wreath. That is why my wreath ended up only two-thirds finished and I had to wrap the rest of it with a bow. I get it, lavender is pricey, but the class wasn't cheap either. I'm not sure if I'd pay for another class here but I plan to return to the gift shop whenever I'm in the area when the weather gets warmer.

Place: Funny story on how I found this place. It was next to the fingerprinting place. Service: The service is good! they have a lavender farm but also have a huge store that is lavender everything. I literally spent my time there to see all the cute things in the store. Food/price: The price was worth it! Everything is home-made and I bought cuticle oil with lavender pillow spray. They also have a cafe in too. They literally have it all they also sell cookies and decorations. Audience: I went with my mom and it a drive away so I would come back with friends! Recommend/tips? I recommend this place for sure and plan to come back.

We loved this place, the scent of lavender is so soothing and calming. For $15 you can pick your lavender bouquet.

There's Flea Market Rescue in downtown Dryden, She-Shed in Metamora. Chic antiques in Almont. I believe it was while at Flea Market Rescue I found out about here. So happy that I was able to go there the day I was out with my daughter! There was some event thing going on so these plus a few others were all having something the same day. Two Hens is located down a dirt road-fyi. But it's not that far down and the road has been fine every time I've been there. They do well with parking and signage and if you can't park in front there is ample parking in back. Everything is located in the big barn-you CANT miss it! The first time going here, I was in love with the stuff they had plus they have lights hanging up which is a nice touch. They do a cute setup with coffee, small bottled water. Sometimes snacks! Debbie, Diana, and Myriah are the 3 ladies who own this business. They really make shopping here a treat! They are so awesome and always ready to welcome you and have a conversation. I can't say enough about the 2 that I have met! (Debbie and Myriah) So on to what they sell. This is a Vintage shopping experience. You will find furniture, home decorations, all kinds of interesting stuff that is very reasonably priced. They are not open every weekend, just to inform you. You can follow them on Facebook and they announce from there what weekends they will be open. They are CLOSED RIGHT NOW FOR THE WINTER, but will be back open in MAY 2025. I just went to their last event of the year, it was CHRISTMAS IN THE BARN. Now that I've been here this year only missing one event they had, I knew to go the first night which was Ladies Night. I took my sister along knowing she would love it there and not to my surprise.....she bought ALOT! Furniture, sparkly Christmas trees, Santa's. Add my stuff to hers and her big SUV was filled to the brim! It was a very festive event with a special drink, delicious snacks, water. Enjoyable atmosphere and meeting great people. I think not only were we first in line but after loading up went back in and bought more! (Making us probably close to the last ones there!) I can't say enough about Two Hens & a Chick. It's just a great place with great people and great finds!!

It is not a true furniture store and you're definitely rolling the dice with the kind of service you'll receive, not to mention the furniture. They certainly seem to operate with the fly-by-night business model. Their Livonia warehouse looks like a total dive. My wife and I ordered furniture back in March of 2013, and and as of October 2013 we have not received the completed set. They stopped returning calls and e-mails. I had to actually drive to the store only to be given the run-around again. We'll be taking legal action shortly. I'd venture a guess the few positive review on here are from friends and family members of the owners.

I ordered a couch from Jugo on April 7, 2013. I spoke with Georg, the owner, the next day and he confirmed the item was in stock and that it would ship within 10 days. Over the course of the next several weeks I was given several expected arrival dates by Georg but the couch never showed up. After a long and frustrating experience trying to track it down, I finally moved to cancel my order on May 8. I was told I would receive a refund within 2 business days. 1 week later, I still had not received a refund. I was told by Georg that it was just processed and would be available within 2 more business days. It is now May 23 and I have still not received a reimbursement nor have I received any further communication from Georg. Working with Jugo has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get refunded. I have email documentation of this entire terrible experience. It is unfortunate that people like Jugo take advantage of consumers. They owe my over $2K.

I have attempted to get some level of support to make this right, at best a few hundred dollars off what is nearly a $1,500 investment now to fix a system that under their own staff, I should not have been sold. Their service manage was incredibly rude and condescending to me - blaming us for choosing this system despite it being one of 2 suggested to us - and the billing person being worse, now threatening to send a $97.50 charge for the service call (which I had never been levied before, nor informed of in advance to have consented to) to collections and being very combative on a call where I simply tried to find a positive resolution.
